Terrible service, slow. Cooked one item at a time and by the time something else was cooking that item was cold. Over priced. Over cooked my fillet. Hibachi chef could not cook on hibachi grill. Chef tried to do fire volcano but it fell apart and didn’t work. They stated they would sing happy birthday to my son and told him he would get ice cream. That never happened.
Never going back.
Last night April 6. 2023. My family and I were treated very poorly at Benihana!! The manager was very nasty and very unprofessional!! We has to Wait 2 hours just to get our food service!! we had a reservation! We recorded this incident of the behavior of the manager!! Cussing and had to be moved away from my family member!!!
