We were there yesterday for my wife's birthday and it was great. Food was excellent. The server was great as there were 15 of us and she had other tables. Didn't get her name but she went above and beyond. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

Shout out to the manager who was working on December 30th, I think his name is Tim. We had a small issue with our delivery and I called just to let him know about it in a nice way. He was very nice, professional and rectified it better than I expected. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Carollo's did a fantastic job! Thanks and Happy New Year!!

Used to always get decent food but my last 2 orders have been horrible. Margarita pizza with the most watery sauce and cheese that isn't quite melted and slides off the pie. Extremely annoying to eat. Burger that was so burnt it was gross. Idk if they got a new chef but it's been pretty bad.
