I stop in the Westfield Ave. tonight when I got off work to get a pizza. when I first walked in I looked at the menu and noticed there were no prices on the menu nor up on the board menu, so I had to asked the worker (female) what was the price she then had to look up price on the register, I then asked her for the price for a few other items and her response was I have no ideal again she had to look it up on the register (unbelievable). So then I asked about my pizza order was it being prepared---now mind you 10 or 15 minutes had already passed, and she said no not yet so I said well how long will it be she said about 20 minutes "I'm the only one here" at this point I'm pretty much done so I cancelled my order and walked out. The first problem was there were no prices on the menu, I don't know but I really never that prices are usually on a menu. Second the female worker was ignorant no work ethics or professional, She should have said to me (I'm sorry but it will about 20 minutes due to I'm the only one here). It's almost like her actions were done purposely. I had to pull every answer from her, again UNBELIEVABLY!!! I don't know who the owners or managers are but I hope there reading this. Who knows they may not even care. I'm been seeing a lot of this. It doesn't matter how large or small a business is Professionalism, Work Ethics and Courtesy among other things should always be EXERCISED especially when your spending your Money. I was never a big fan of that location. With all that being said I really hope these issues will be addressed. The location only received an overall rating of 3 most of the reviews were rated a 1.

The worts you dominate pizza that I have bought a pizza! THERE IS A VERY YOUNG GIRL WITH BRAIDS WHO HAS NO EDUCATION, SHE YELLS AT CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY WERE HER CHILDREN, THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!! A GARBAGE!! I don't buy a pizza in that place anymore.
