despite the parking lot being a little bit tight to navigate, everything was great. The service was really great from the drive-through to the pickup window, and the coffee was made really well. The workers there were very pleasant.

Best dunkin I’ve visited. I accidentally dropped my drink and the manager was more than happy to make me another one with no charge. This place is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

This dunkin is always adding a random .20 charge when the older lady in drive through takes my order. They always somehow mess up my coffee. The people at the window are mostly nice, however if you get one of the older ladies they always have an attitude. Aside from location, everything about this dunkin just gives me a headache. This day specifically, there is no caramel in my coffee and I paid for extra cream cheese and didn’t get any.

I was visiting from out of town. The manager alpa i think is her name was not pleasant. she is not professional. Me and my family will never return here. Gave my daughter old donuts. There was a guy name Christopher he really took care of us. He even smiled and apologized for what happen. He should be manager he deserves 5 stars. His kind of service makes me want to return but if that manager lady is there I will not bother.

Came here this morning, the service was fast and correct. However the associate Christopher, I believe, super kind and great customer service. He smiled at everyone he served and made sure to look out for me in case I forgot my drink. He absolutely made my day and stands out amongst all the other people working because of his genuine hospitality. I hope he gets recognized!!!

The Indian people are nasty. . Very unprofessional. As I ordered my drink I witness with my own two eyes the manager the Indian lady sit with her feet on the tableWith no shoes and socks on. . Just nasty then she went back to work to only have one glove on and one off she touched the bacon with her hands. This stores need to be shut down!!!!! It’s disgusting!!!!!!

Watch your change if you order from this place, the "key holder" at the drive thru window knowingly didn't give me my complete change after paying for my order, then acted like I was giving them a hard time for asking for it, still not receiving even the correct change after being told two different prices for my order, then sarcastically apologizing. Makes you wonder how much this place steals from their customers at a busy morning commute location.
