I wanted coffee and got some, this is the only positive part of the review.
Now the experience:
Legally in NJ you are required to have access to a public bathroom. I was denied, and was told that they lost the key.
The worker also stated that they needed to use the bathroom but also did not have access to the bathroom(s). LEGALLY THEY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATIONAL IF EMPLOYEES ARE UNABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM.
I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, NOR SHOULD YOU

First order I got a couple weeks ago was perfect no issues at all. I went again while in the area and my drink was perfectly, however my wraps were awful I could not even eat them. The Bacon was definitely old and kinda hard. Same with the tortilla.

Very unprofessional, this Dunkin had terrible service. They messed up our order per usual, we asked for a frozen mocha coffee, a frozen chocolate, loaded hashbrowns and munchkins mixed with chocolate and glazed. We said it very clear she even repeated it to make sure. When we get to the window they completely forgot to give us our munchkins and they mess up the coffee. Also we asked for whipped cream on both of the drinks but when we get the drinks, they both don’t have any whipped cream. The guy also handed us the food individually without it in a bag. Will be going to a different Dunkin from now on.

This was only my second day here and they remembered my exact order! I’ve never had a store put in so much effort and attention to their customers before. I love coming here and the employees are all so nice and family and they get along with each other and customers really well. I love the manager too, I believe her name is Alpa, she is so nice and always ready to help, she really knows how to build a team. Thank you guys!!!

despite the parking lot being a little bit tight to navigate, everything was great. The service was really great from the drive-through to the pickup window, and the coffee was made really well. The workers there were very pleasant.

Best dunkin I’ve visited. I accidentally dropped my drink and the manager was more than happy to make me another one with no charge. This place is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

This dunkin is always adding a random .20 charge when the older lady in drive through takes my order. They always somehow mess up my coffee. The people at the window are mostly nice, however if you get one of the older ladies they always have an attitude. Aside from location, everything about this dunkin just gives me a headache. This day specifically, there is no caramel in my coffee and I paid for extra cream cheese and didn’t get any.
