I’ve been visiting this location for the last 5 months, multiple times a day. I order the same coffee every visit. The only employee that knows my simple order the customer is the manager. The employees notice everything else about me except my coffee order. The employees do not leave the parking in front of the store for customers, their cars are there. There is a man and I assume his spouse working during the evenings. His nails are always very dirty. I see them when passing my coffee. He always chewing when taking my order. Crumbs on his mouth. And food flying out his mouth. He and his spouse are always seated upon me entering the store. He pleasant but visibly dirty. Due to the unsanitary environment, poor customer service, and limited parking (due to staff), I’m no longer a customer of this location.
Workers are very rude, and racist. Give attitude for the most slightest reasons. Not social at all, and they throw every thing around do things to get it done, terrible customer service. I asked for napkins, they just threw them. Don’t recommend this location.

The coffee was fresh and hot. The service was spot on. The employees are some of the kindest I've encountered. Can't wait till next Thursday when we will be there again

Watch the very disinterested lady at the sandwich counter burn the previous customers croissants and still make the sandwich like nothing happened... Then she put a pork sausage patty on top of my egg in my sausage egg and cheese which was supposed to be turkey sausage when she noticed her error she simply took the pork sausage off the top of it put it back and put turkey on top of my egg, the entire sandwich was cold, lukewarm at best. Won't be eating here anytime soon
