If I could give this place lower than 1 star, I would. We pulled up to get coffee. We are trying to be as loud as possible (I was yelling at the top of my lungs to be heard) on the microphone in the drive thru, but the person taking our order was super rude and was trying to gaslight us about our order. We asked them to repeat what we had ordered at the end and then they insisted that we had not said certain items and then continued to blame us. So Unprofessional! And on Thanksgiving! Never coming back! I'll be thankful if they change their ways.

This Dunkin is close to my job so it's convenient for me. Their coffee is spot on every time the way I like it, never had a complaint. The breakfast sandwiches are always hot. Donuts are fresh whenever I get them. Very friendly staff.
