I really like going to this one because they are polite, the order is always accurate and it taste good! I only go through the drive-through, so I don't know about the atmosphere.

If I could give this place lower than 1 star, I would. We pulled up to get coffee. We are trying to be as loud as possible (I was yelling at the top of my lungs to be heard) on the microphone in the drive thru, but the person taking our order was super rude and was trying to gaslight us about our order. We asked them to repeat what we had ordered at the end and then they insisted that we had not said certain items and then continued to blame us. So Unprofessional! And on Thanksgiving! Never coming back! I'll be thankful if they change their ways.
