The pho here is really great! The broth is super deep. The restaurant is a little bizarre but hey who cares it’s good soup

I ordered the sweet and sour fish and shrimp fried rice at 11:34 AM. By 12:19 PM, I was told I still needed to wait another 10 minutes because they had “too much food to make.” However, when I placed my order, there were no other customers in the restaurant. A table of three who arrived after me have almost finished their meal already. I don’t understand why my order—simple dishes—would take nearly an hour to prepare. Nobody provided updates unless I asked, and I had to keep following up just to get any information. Very disappointing experience.

DVR is a gem to the pennsauken area and glad it’s only a few min drive across the bridge from philly. Came here on a Saturday afternoon with family for lunch and was immediately greeted by the owner who was so sweet & accommodating! The restaurant is luxurious with large lounge style seating that seems great for family-style dinners. There’s a huge tv screen and stage at the back of the restaurant. I was told that this space is also an event venue that hosts wedding receptions and birthdays. They even have a nightly open karaoke at 8p, so fun! Most importantly the food was delicious and flavorful, I recommend their sizzling platter that comes with a side of banh mi. I’m excited to see they had traditional street foods complimentary with drinking such as escargot in coconut milk. This is something you usually don’t see at other viet restaurants and DVR brings me back to Vietnam with its friendly communal dining and lounge experience.

This place is a must visit. The chicken feet were perfectly seasoned and crispy, and full of rich flavor. Their Bò Né was another standout. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on.
The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Such a warm and welcoming environment! The PHO was absolutely delicious. Beautiful and incredibly comfortable seating. Free and easy parking, a great restaurant right on 38, easy from Philly or anywhere in South Jersey.

DVR - my new favorite Pho place! they have many choices, but I am just a major Pho person - and DVR is my new favorite place. When in Philly I go to Pho 75. DVR is a bit more upscale but in a friendly, relaxed and warm way. It’s a great place to go with a partner, with a crowd, or solo. Very beautifully decorated, everything is new and prime. Easy and free parking.

The service was fantastic and all of the staff were very kind. The food was fantastic! We ordered summer rolls, shrimp fried rice, banh mi, and pork vermicelli. The nuoc cham was phenomenal and plenty spicy. The ambiance and decor are really lovely, the place is clean, and it makes the atmosphere great for dining. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Great food. Great atmosphere! Very polite staff!! Must try!!!
Pleasantly surprised with our visit after new ownership. Our pho was very good. I've heard us Viet are the toughest critics to our own ppl. I have to say broth was deep and flavorful. No complaints from me or my mom. Athough, they only served "the special" but I've asked for flank and brisket only. They had no trouble accommodating. We've also had their banh mi to go. The baguette was on point. Density, crispiness and tastiness was all there but the amount of meat is a underwhelming. Honestly, i think if you add more meat and charge accordingly. It might be the best banh mi around. I will definitely be back to try the rice dishes and I've heard their bun bo hue is really good. Can't wait!
Thanks-
