Mama's Meatballs & Pizzeria

First time going earlier. Ordered 3 cheesesteaks after seeing images on another page. These cheesesteaks are super heavy and packed with so much flavor. Of course on a seeded roll. This place has hit my top 5 and will be going back to try other things in the menu. Super well worth it and not as pricy as other places as well. Highly highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

THE BEST!! From the food to the customer service, everything is out of this world. Finding good food and quality service has been a struggle for the last few years post-covid. I am so thankful that this is my neighborhood pizzeria!

I can only comment on the food since I did takeout. I ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions. The seeded roll was fantastic, a bit airy, a bit crisp, and tasted great. The meat seemed to be good quality, and there was gratuitous cheese on top. The fried onions are lacking in quantity, and I didn't like that they were square, I prefer strips, but no biggie.

Why 4* then? While the cheesesteak was good, it didn't wow me. It tasted like they used quality ingredients top to bottom, but it just tasted "good" and not excellent.

I tried my girlfriends roast pork with long hots and was a bit offput by the texture of the pork. It kinda had a texture reminiscent of tuna fish, kinda stringy and a bit mushy. It tasted fine, but it didn't feel like roast pork.

I also ordered 2 meatballs, a spicy sausage and a mamas meatball. The spicy sausage was chewy, and the mamas was dense and chewier than I hoped. Both of them were just way too firm for my liking. Some people may like them that way though, I don't though.

I would try here again, but it's clear to me that the way the chef prepares these isn't how I prefer them. The food isn't bad, but it's just not for me. I will go to Yellow Sub in the future.

Joe and his team did an amazing job catering our after wedding with his food truck! His cheesesteaks are the best in the area and would use him again for any future events! Highly recommend!

Absolutely a delicious steak. One of the best I've ever had. Service was great. Very clean food handling. Everyone wearing gloves. After leaving our outside table, before we even backed out of our parking space, an employee was outside spraying and cleaning the table.(and we left the table spotless. But they still sprayed it down and cleaned it.) Great experience. Can't wait to return.

I ordered 6 different pizzas today for the crew @ Symphony pastry in Moorestown. I have eaten here so many times that it was time to share with our pastry team. The ordered arrived early and all the pies were hot! everyone loved the pizzas, I think the grandmom poe was the most liked one. thank you joe for a great crew lunch today. Chef mike Symphony pastry

Best pizza I’ve found in this area. Grandma pie for the win. Quick and good is what I wanted from here and it’s what I got. Thank you for that.
