Pepperoni's Pizza Pennsauken

Ruined part of super-bowl Sunday for my family. Would NOT recommend ordering from them - ESPECIALLY on weekends, game days, or any other busy day/holiday.
My family orders frequently from them and it’s a hit or miss but no major issues since we order the same stuff usually. But tonight we have had enough of their bs. We ordered 2 pizzas- 1 cheese with Jalapeños and 1 cheesesteak pizza. Instead of Jalapeños, they put yellow banana peppers and the cheesesteak pizza was burnt and lazily made. Both pizza were more like flatbread.(See photos)
We called and instead of an apology, they said they don’t have Jalapeños and they would NOT be coming back to pick up the pizza and deliver a different one because they were busy!! We ended up driving to their store to return the pizzas and get a refund to order from another place. INSTEAD OF A FULL REFUND- they kept their delivery fee and gave only the amount for the pizzas. So we lost like $10 in delivery & tip, in addition to having to use our time & gas to go get our money back.
When we went in to return, we spoke to one of the owners or managers and he reiterated that they dont have jalapeños.. i asked why wasnt that told to us when we ordered because the order was repeated back to us and confirmed. He then looked at the young kid at the register like it was his fault. He then said next time we call remind them and they will give us 20% off next time- but how likely is it that they will keep that word and deliver what we order…

Food wasn’t to my taste, didn’t like that they put pepper on the fries, and the large pizza seemed a little off on the size. Probably wouldn’t return, although the people working were very nice.

I ordered delivery for me and my family.. My brothers and I absolutely loved it, the food came right on time and it was so fresh and hot. Definitely recommend and ordering again soon!!

I give this place a one star because they don't do a delivery for one pizza, that's what the guy said to me on the phone so in order to get food from here you're forced to pay more than what you wanna pay that's crazy to me. So if you want pizza or anything else my suggestion is that you order else where. What's even more crazy is that I said to him won't you guys lose business for that he says yea he knows that, that left me baffled. So yea if you planning on ordering from here and you on a limited budget go else where.

My wife & I ordered a large pie and Funnel Cake Fries and a Cheese steak. It was the first time we ever eat here . It was great. My wife Love the funnel fries. Great place. Great food.

Horrible pizza, no flavor, the dough taste like they keep in the freezer, my order came incorrect, I won't be ordering from there anymore.

I would give one star were it not for the friendly manner of the staff(brief visit as it's take-out only)along with the accommodation that they granted me.
I was driving by and saw a sign for two slices and a soda for $6.
When I ordered, I asked if they could switch out the soda for a water. They gladly said yes.
The two slices were ready quickly and placed in a small pizza box. I opened it to see one huge slice and one a bit smaller. No complaint there. I sprinkled garlic powder and oregano on them and left. I drove about 4-5 mins to eat them. Thin slices, which is also fine, but the crust tasted like cardboard. Not fresh. Overall, very disappointing. I didn't finish either slice fully. I was hungry so I didn't want to throw them out after a few bites.

We really like the wide variety of food available, especially the Lamb gyro and their taste wing assortment. This is primarily at take out joint but the food quality is worth the trip.
