Just stopped by on 05/05/2026 at 8:50pm the two women at the drive through were the nastiest people when trying to order. From the jump they were extremely rude when I asked for two mins to look at the menu. I was having trouble with our code on the app, I was ordering for two people , couldn’t find the code for the other person. They told me to move up and pay for one in the meantime which I did. When I got to the window to pay the lady told me she didn’t place my one order and that I needed to go all the way around (which is around the damn highway) to order anything. Which is not what they originally told me. They said I can pay for my one order. So she started lying saying I couldn’t pay for it. She only let me pay after her and the other lady came at me at the window crazy for the one code. They don’t get paid enough , to be acting like this as if they own the franchise and if you hated your job just say that. I was being nice too which reallllly frustrated me because all this attitude for what? Now I’m going to leave a review bc it’s about the PRINCIPLE. I also work in customer service , Do better.

I am from Louisiana and I know what Popeyes should taste like. It is red beans and rice NOT rice and beans. This happens every time I go to this location. More rice than beans! Also, don’t give me a dried out breast and wing when I ask for dark meat. Get it together. Two meals cost 32.00 and it’s not what I ordered.

I ordered a 3piece tender meal and this was 2 of the 3 there is no meat in the middle seems to be all fried skin. I tried calling to tell them my order was not right and they don’t have a working number. $16 for this is crazy I really wish I would’ve checked my food before leaving I was 20mins away before noticing what they gave me. I’m highly disappointed on the services I received

I was trying to use the coupon that’s on the picture but the store doesn’t honor the coupon. They said I have to order online. I was trying to order online, but it won’t let me. I don’t think the staff tonight don’t know what they’re doing they should be able to honor the coupon. Also, when they were grabbing the food, they were touching it with their bare fingers after they were touching the money so dirty.
Next time I’ll go take a picture of them, touching the money and touching the chicken … so dirty
