It is best to avoid this Popeyes location and dine at a different restaurant. Very bad customer service, very rude and unprofessional employees including management at this location. They mess up your Popeyes order often, the food is cold and nasty that they serve you, and the bathrooms are dirty every time I visit. The area for eating is dirty at this location. If I can give this Popeyes location a negative rating I would. This location doesn’t take well to criticism if you voice your opinion or concerns in person you will be met with hostility and unable to do the survey that is on the receipt.

I had the butterfly shrimp, it was rubbery fries were old. The drive thru worker was unfriendly. The time was not late either that I was there.

One of the worst popeyes i've ever visited. The lady behind the counter, who originally started my order, was acting as if it was below her to take my order. The second lady that finished the order did an excellent job. The chicken skin was excellent. Felt like the inside.Was not cooked properly. If it was not for the fact that my sugar was low due to not eating at all this morning, I would have taken it back.

found dirty fingernail in my mashed potatoes, they don’t wear gloves

I recently visited this Popeyes location and had a frustrating experience. I ordered mild wings and specifically asked for them three times, but when I received my order, I was given spicy wings instead. I can't eat spicy food, so this was a big disappointment. It was frustrating to repeat my request and still have the wrong order given to me. I hope this can be addressed to ensure better accuracy in the future. Would love to see improvements in order fulfillment.i’m

No sense of making a customer happy instead of feeling beat for their money. I ordered a two piece white meat of course there were no wings. I would have thought the price would be the same beings it’s I’m no getting a complete order of my choice. Instead I was charged $12.00 for the chicken to be old an dry. I couldn’t even enjoy the food.

Food is perfect. Service so slow you can spend 30 minutes waiting for waiters. Don’t offer water or other options. Almost die waiting for any fluid here needs people to attend

This restaurant is usually very crowded, so you might have to wait over 10 minutes for your food. It’s best to order before 6 p.m. because they usually run out of food after 8 p.m. Also, always check inside the chicken to make sure it’s fully cooked. Sometimes, the chicken is raw on the inside, especially during the lunch or dinner rush.

Very clean inside and the food was fresh

The service was great... I was served quickly and with a smile. The problem was the fried chicken... It's not how it used to be, it was all breading and no chicken. Pretty disappointed.
