Steak was not well done without pink. No seasoning in the food. Salad bar was great and the best part was our Waitress from South Philly or West I forget, she was a delight ?

We have been going to the Pub for over 55 years. My parents started back in the early 60s' and my first trip was when I was 12. Now I'm 69 and the food is just as great as I remembered. The choices in the salad bar usually fill me, and when my meal arrived, I usually have to request take out boxes. The service is excellent. Plus we love the Hula cake. Hope The Pub is around for my future generations.

I’ve been going to the Pub for many years with my family as our go to spot. The salad bar is amazing with options for everyone. The steaks are fabulous as well as the one of a kind atmosphere.

I was her for a date that didn't materialize. Her loss because the 20 oz porterhouse steak with a double baked potato and salad was very good. Service was good considering her was tending bar and drinks for the servers on the floor as well as his own tables. Atmosphere was relaxed patrons were enjoying their time with their friends and family which brings me to another point. You will not be seated in the dining area unless the entire party is their . No exceptions. I ended up at the bar to eat. I enjoyed myself irregardless.

Reminds me of going there in the 80s-early 90s with my family. Literally hasn't changed. Best part for me is the salad bar. Kind of pricey.Kid-friendliness: As long as you don't let your kids act a-fool, great for multi-generational special dinners.

This is a steak house. I don't eat meat, but my husband does, and he liked it here! Think 70's atmosphere.

Steaks are a little underseasoned but high quality cuts and oversized. Grilled to the correct doneness as ordered. Salad bar is nice. Seafood portions were also large where another place might serve 4 or 6 oz lobster tail the Pub serves 8oz. And crab cake was huge. Snapper soup is a clasic if you like it. Prices are on the very high end. Been coming here more than 50 years . The service staff is well trained and very attentive to your needs. Many have been there for years.

We've been going for years. Steaks are thick and grilled. For that reason, my wife orders her filet, "Butterflied and medium rare" which means to first slice it into two thinner steaks. The last time we went, it was served in one big piece. As expected, the center was red and cool. We mentioned it to our waiter who told us the cook only does that for medium well and well done. We'd been getting it that way for years and who is the cook to tell the customer how the steak will be prepared???I emailed them to express my disappointment and never heard from them. That was our last time. We won't go back.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my Uncles Birthday. My husband had to work so we arrived after the party was seated. The restaurant has a policy if you arrive after your party, they will not take your order until your party has been served. We sat for approximately 20-30 minutes before my husband and I were able to place an order. I don’t take exception to the policy, I take exception to way I was told. The waitress was loud and rude. When we were finally able to place the order, we were allowed to go to the salad bar. I fixed a very small salad and my Aunt gave me a little of her dinner while I waited. When the waitress was passing out to go plates, I asked for one and she told me she was not allowed to give me a to go plate until after I was served….. again loud and rude. I was confused and tried to explain that I wasn’t go to eat but she talked over me and refused to give me the to go plate. When my food finally came the waiter went to take my salad plate. I explained that I wasn’t done and requested a to go plate. He responded I’m not allowed to give you a to go plate. “I’ll give you one when you get closer to finishing” I’m like WHAT?? I am not eating I would like to take my food home. Everyone in the party was done. He said you are not allowed to tat any of your salad. I had to explain it is not food from the salad bar. My Aunt shared her food and I want to take it with my food and he reluctantly gave me a to go plate. He watched me to make sure I was not packing salad. There was no salad in my plate. The dinner was edible. It was bland and the vegetables were not seasoned. It was not worth all of the aggravation. I understand a restaurant not wanting you to load up a to go plate from the salad bar however…..if I put it on my plate, ate from it and did not finish, you to require me to throw it in the trash is crazy. After all, I paid for it…. If I’m too full to eat it why should it be trash. What does the restaurant gain from that AND how insane are you to dictate when a person can have a container when the party they are seated with is done eating…. AND how about you season your food, don’t overcook the chicken and be polite. I will never go back to this restaurant. I would give ZERO starts if I could.

Watta neat place. Almost as if its trapped in time. Food was good, they salad bar was really nice with lots of selections available. The way we were served was like nothing we have ever had before. They do close relatively early in the evening so dont expect any late night meals

1st time there..great salad bar and dinner. Ordered Creme Brulee to go($10)... shockingly small portion...old boss lady had no desire to make things right either by topping up the portion or offering a refund for the dessert..kind of classless/ unprofessional..not worth the hassle of driving and negotiating the traffic to get there again to deal with that kind of attitude .
