They supposedly close at 10pm today. I get to the drive thru at 9pm they tell me the store is closed.

How do you keep getting the orders wrong? Forgetting nuggets, forgetting tenders. Mixing up orders.

I decided to get something to eat before work and opened my chicken sandwich up and my wrapper had a roach crawling through the food. The sandwich looked disgusting and unappetizing. I called to speak to a manager and let someone know and the manager DEON wanted to sit on the phone and try to argue with me about the roach being in my room and told me he don’t know where the roach came from because “his store does not have roaches and his workers won’t give food with a roach in it.

Can't rate the food because after being ignored at counter by manager and at least 3 other employees for 10 minutes no one acknowledged us or waited on us so we left

My children purchased 2 biggie bags abs they were given literally 5 fries each. They returned the meal and they replaced the fries. Only for them to arrive home to find out that my son's chicken sandwich was a chicken nugget and a piece of lettuce. Do better Wendy's.

Never go here, they never make your order right and when you contact customer service can't even put them in cause it says the zip code is wrong.

They should change the manager, he has a bad attitude and didn't want to give me my order. He told me that my order was in another store and I showed him from my phone that the address is here and he made me go somewhere else that the address doesn't exist. Now I'm without food and without my money. They're always changing staff every day, they're worse, if you don't want to work don't waste your time and from the customers you're only giving bad reviews to the store and causing fewer people to visit this place, if you don't know how to be kind or do your job well don't work!
we went through the drive thru, mistake! the order was completely wrong because I'm not sure if she knows how to speak or understand English, not only that she didn't know the specials that Wendy's have witch that what we tried to order. When you pull up,on the wall is a sign in big letters reading JBC (Jr bacon cheeseburger) with that you 2 burgers 1 medium fries and medium drink when we tried to tell her about the issues it seemed like we were talking thru her, she didn't pay attention from the beginning it was just a awful experience, the bill wound up being way over what we were supposed to pay, also she double everything plus 2 chicken tenders. be smart don't stop at this Wendy's.
