My children purchased 2 biggie bags abs they were given literally 5 fries each. They returned the meal and they replaced the fries. Only for them to arrive home to find out that my son's chicken sandwich was a chicken nugget and a piece of lettuce. Do better Wendy's.

They should change the manager, he has a bad attitude and didn't want to give me my order. He told me that my order was in another store and I showed him from my phone that the address is here and he made me go somewhere else that the address doesn't exist. Now I'm without food and without my money. They're always changing staff every day, they're worse, if you don't want to work don't waste your time and from the customers you're only giving bad reviews to the store and causing fewer people to visit this place, if you don't know how to be kind or do your job well don't work!

we went through the drive thru, mistake! the order was completely wrong because I'm not sure if she knows how to speak or understand English, not only that she didn't know the specials that Wendy's have witch that what we tried to order. When you pull up,on the wall is a sign in big letters reading JBC (Jr bacon cheeseburger) with that you 2 burgers 1 medium fries and medium drink when we tried to tell her about the issues it seemed like we were talking thru her, she didn't pay attention from the beginning it was just a awful experience, the bill wound up being way over what we were supposed to pay, also she double everything plus 2 chicken tenders. be smart don't stop at this Wendy's.

Went through drive-thur, and they messed my sandwich up 2 times, went in store 3rd time to fix it finally it was right, got home chicken nuggets were different then what I order, and then my soda was a diet when I order a regular coke. $34, for a terrible experience. The fries also were cold by the time everything was home, just a mess from the beginning. While I was in the store the 3rd time had to talk to manager because the counter person could not speak English. Unbelievable!
The girl in second window just now gave me the biggest attitude cause I asked for a Diet Coke at the window. She was sooo pissed rolling her eyes and vibes 😂 I won’t be back thanks.

I ordered my food and was not expecting my order to come from here as I do not live in Jersey. I only got one drink when I ordered more. I got the wrong nuggets, the fries were soggy and tasted funny, and when I had called the store, no one answered and I tried 2 other times with no luck.
