Just left this restaurant and customer service was very poor. Normally after I order the order taker reads back my order to make sure everything was correct. Today that didn’t happen, and when I asked if they could read me back my order I was present a receipt to look over myself. Very unprofessional and poor practice.
I doordashed my food and they meesed everything up, my 3 drinks didn't come with a straw, my sandwiches were switched around, messed up, i only got 2 spicy nuggets instead of 3 and none of my sauces came, the receipt has everything on it but what was inside didn't fit match up

Every time I come here at night throughthe drive thru the window (gives the food) tosses the food at me, it’s very irritating. I don’t understand why you would let children run the store. Why is everyone under 20 years of age. Perhaps some lessons on customer service and how to thank a customer for shopping there
If I was perhaps their age the food would may have ended up back through the window.
Th fries were still cold as well- not done.
I worked at Wendy’s as well for three years. The buttons should be fairly easy operated.

Me and my mom paid about 16 dollars for our food just to get small portions and bad service. The people here are ghetto and lazy, my mother had to wait about 3-4 for Mayo that was just sitting there and they didn't even hand it to her. The burger barely had any mayo and was hella small only one piece of little lettuce. The grilled chicken wrap was really nasty and tasted really weird. They were literally laughing and on their phones instead of working.
DONT COME HERE.

Went through the drive thru and ordered food, paid and asked for a receipt and they told me the machine was down. I asked why aren't they telling people prior to them ordering and the lady got snappy. Received food and drove off only to find whole order was not in bag. Drove back and went inside, explained what was missing and a different woman gave attitude. Received sandwich and left but it was still wrong. Instead of going back inside I went through the drive thru ***I'm a mentor the food was for my mentees but I do not open their food up and go through it so both times I had to wait for them to check in order for me to know it was wrong. I assumed both women were managers because they had gray shirts on. The other employees were very nice.
