Best diner in area to bad i have to travel from swedesboro area to get here but worth the drive. Always very clean and attentive service and food is awsome. You have to try the banana nut pancakes 🥞 put ANY OTHERS TO SHAME!

Was treated and looked at like an inconveniece the whole meal. Second time going to this dinner because our first experience was really good. Food was great and prices were decent. But this second time was a whole different experience, servers were behaving like me sitting there ordering a meal was inconvenient for them, even the ones that were not serving us. I felt so uneasy and sad i couldn't even finish my meal. I will never dine here again with my family.

The owners wife and staff were very nice and courteous. They helped me above and beyond and offered to bring it to my car if I called in advance to let them know my situation . Very pleasant atmosphere . Very clean. I don't have any complaints thus far.👍🏽❤️

Food was made really fast and was pretty dang good. Great price for the portion size as well. I got a BBQ chicken cheese steak. It was the service though that will have me coming back; the person who met me at the door was very kind and considerate.
Update: went again, this time for a turkey club. More tomato than turkey, with two massive 1/2 inch pieces making up half the sandwhich. I pulled out a ruler, 1/2 inch slices of tomato; an entire tomatoes worth. People still nice, service still fast. The value, a little lacking this time around.

The team at the Salem County Historical Society gave us some advice: eat at the Bluebird Cafe! It was great advice, with great service, food and environment! We had the Salmon plate and French Dip Sandwich.
On a road trip and made an impromptu stop here. So glad I did. Great, quick, friendly service. Food was delicious. It was exactly what you want when you stop by a diner. So glad to have met Rose, the owner, felt like family. Will absolutely return next time we're in town.
