Went there yesterday (10/13/24) at 2:30 pm. Online it says they open at 2 PM and they were closed-no sign in the door. Nothing to say that they were closed that date I’m not on Facebook so if there’s anything there, I wouldn’t have seen it. They really should’ve taken that time to put a sign up or something.. We won’t be back.

Cool little ice cream spot to go to when it gets hot outside! You can either eat inside where it’s air conditioned or outside on their picnic benches by 49. They even have cool little games there like checkers, connect four, card games, etc. so it’s really kid friendly. Customer service was great and they’ll even let you try the flavors before buying.
I will say one thing, I ordered a small and it was very generously portioned. Two scoops was huge!

Went into Scoops for the first time today and was immediately turned off to it the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was not inviting simply because the customer service was a 1/10. I've never felt more judged in my life. Will definitely not be going back again.
My total was $11.75 but when I checked my bank account I realized they charged me $12.11 This has also happened to my daughter.
Good ice cream......Bad everything else.

My family and I absolutely LOVE Broadway Scoops!! We have had staff (and the owners) remember what our favorite flavors are, if that doesn’t tell you what kind of place this is ! There are so many flavors and they’re all delicious 😋 I personally love the cheesecake options and our daughter loves the cotton candy. Tonight when we went in, my daughter opted for another flavor which she loved (caramel brownie I think it was) because they didn’t have the cotton candy in stock just yet, and the owner came out from the back with what was probably the last of the batch.. a little cup of cotton candy, on the house for her!! She was so excited! That’s the kind of stuff that sticks with the kids for life and keeps us coming back! Highly recommend them 👍🏽♥️♥️
