When I review Fast-food Restaurants my star ratings are based off other Fast-food Restaurants, which are different from sit-down restaurants. This Burger King location for me gets 4 stars solely on the accuracy of the orders and the way the orders are prepared. 3 stars on speed and sadly like most Fast-food Restaurants 2 stars for employees being friendly and welcoming.(Only Chick-fil-A employees do that well) I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese, and when I unwrap it and it looks neat and appetizing. Not a mess like some locations. I've never been to a Fast-food place and the food looks like the menu board or the commercials but I hate when I get it and it looks like the employees were just throwing it together, that is not the case with my experiences at this location. Not the fastest at getting me my order, but for me, accuracy and presentation is more important than speed. This is the closest BK to me so I will update next time I go.

Horrible service, rude employees and takes 30 minutes just to get a whopper. When you ask them what the problem is, all they say Rudely is "understaffed"

Food is not good. Ordered 4 jalapeno bites. They were precooked. Not cooked to order. They were not even warm. The inside was cooked out leaving no cheese but a bread shell only. My bacon double cheese burger wasn't even warm enough to even slightly melt the cheese. I paid extra for a larger drink which was 100% full of ice and barely even a small drink worth of actual tea. Every time I order here it takes over 10 minutes if waiting in line to get my food. This isn't FAST for a FAST FOOD restaurant if you have to waste half your lunch time waiting in line not even eating. The worker at the window had nails so long she couldn't touch the key pad of the point of service register. Also was not wearing a mask at the window. Other workers at other visits are not polite and seem under educated in how they speak to customers, the manager, at times, included. This place is a disaster. The only reason I go back is when I forgot how bad it was before and then I get reminded.

Burger King is now where the Taco Bell use to be. The food is fine. Just like any other Burger King establishment. But the workers, are beyond rude. I brushed it off a few times, everyone has a bad day every once in a while but this was every single time we have been, 5 times, in the past month. the workers are always mean. We have a simple order and are always nice when placing it. The girl in the window was immediately negative no smile no hello nothing just the price and snatched the card out of my hand after I said hello. Then they didn't give us half the order so we asked them to fix it. The girl in the window acted like it was our fault saying "ugh what?! Fine" The last straw, I tried to stay positive and nice. She never gave our credit card back. I asked her for it and she said "what?!" I said "my credit card. you forgot to hand it back to me" this girl looked at me in disgust, took the card out of the reader and basically threw it back into my car. I worked in the food industry for 6 years. I understand bad days and how difficult it can be. But this was ridiculous.

So I went to the drive thru today and a person came oni.e and took my order, now mind you they were already taking all day customers orders, when zi got to the when the girl couldn't find my order I told her what I order, she put it in, she asked me to put up, I pulled up to wait for my order, when she came out to ask me to pull up some more, I asked why is my order taking long, she had the nerve to say to me because you never order it at the window, I then went inside after all that I told them I don't want this order and to give me my money back, the young lady that took care of me seem liked she had a attitude, so I asked was she made, the manager never came to apologize or anything, they need to get some customer service there and get it together, so sad, I won't be back, So Sad.

Ever since this Burger King moved its location and eliminated the first pay window, the service is super slow. They added a second drive through line, but it doesn’t improve anything except keep the line from going back to the highway. They appear to have only one person at the only window taking the orders, collecting the money, making the drinks and serving the food. We have tried several times at different days of the week and time of the day, but the service is TERRIBLE. If you’re in any type of hurry, even if the line looks small, I recommend that you STAY AWAY. I think it’s time to just stick with McDonalds. They have two lines and still have two windows and the line moves much faster.

No one cares about anything in this location except each other's business. Every single person behind the counter has their mask down and talking over the food about what's happening with so and so from that place over there in the empty town next to that one city. Manager included.

Can anyone change it to the Taco Bell / KFC because it won’t let me.. Taco Bell has never let me down always stuffed and presented nice never just thrown in the bag

Drive-through is absolutely horrible 25 minutes and the manager is Doing nothing about it nobody there is motivated to work whatsoever

Horrible when I had ordered delivered I ordered a BK sourdough king recently This is what I got Looks nothing as advertised. Brand new BK yet can't find ppl who want to work. Lazy lazy ppl. Chick fil a makes a better sandwich than this. Really need to train ppl right and get ones that want to work. For what ppl are paying for and getting crappy food at a high price. Will not go back to this BK again Horrible service.

Burger King drive thru is the slowest in America.They moved it where taco Bell used to be rebuilt a new Burger King and it's slow to drive through is turtle slow.If you're in the drive thru, plan for extra curricular activities.The food is so so it's okay double check your bag before leaving
