Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Good food, friendly staff.

It was almost empty, it took one hour to get our food, things were missing from our orders (but we were in a rush and didn't want to ask a change since it was so long), the service was not good. Try to get to another CB if you really want to have some.

The food was cold.. the pot roast had 1 carrot. The meatloaf was burnt the carrots were like a wet soggy sponge. The chicken salad came with lettuce, 3 pieces of cucumber and nothing else. The chicken and dumplings were nothing but broth & dumplings. No chicken. Needless to say my father said what a horrible 81st birthday meal. Shame on the back of the house. We will not be returning anytime soon.

The waitress was very efficient, however, the wait time for the food was more than 30 mins. The waitress claimed the kitchen was slow and behind.

$5 for one egg and two strips of bacon. Overpriced menu. Definitely not down home cooking.

Update: Julie Masino needs to be fired before bankruptcy is on the table.

Cracker is not what is was. Its gone down in quantity. The menu changes are for the bad. The food is not as good as it was in the past. Not awful, but not great. Its ok at best.

There has never been a time that I have went to this location in Pennsville that I haven’t come out 100% satisfied in every way possible. Food, service and cleanliness of this location is exceptional! Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience of this Cracker Barrel ! The manager of this location I believe who is Jennifer runs a well oiled machine and a smooth running ship!

If you’re in Pennsville, New Jersey, I would recommend everyone NOT to visit Cracker Barrel. The food is digusting, the service is poor, and the atmosphere was awful. It took an hour for us to be served by a waitress with an attitude. The food came out cold and one other thing, their menu was scarce! Terrible!

we had seven family members for breakfast...the guy who had our table seem to be over whelmed ....food came out in sperks...brought biscuits after we started eating...had to ask for coffee....one small bowl of gravy.....

We eat at this location at least once a week. The food is always perfect, and the service is great. We always ask for Andrea as our server. She is absolutely the best server we have ever had at any restaurant. Andrea should be credited for her excellent work.

Waited over an hour for our food. Then when it arrived it was the wrong order. The manager attitude was horrible when I addressed this with him. First time ever I had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel.

Our first waitress Kristan did not want to wait on “us” so she gave us to another server Serenity and Serenity was very welcoming, attentive, and did everything she could to fix our issues. Food came out cold some of our guest didn’t even get their entire meal, missing pancakes, missing French toast, and gravy biscuits. Kitchen manager came out and brought us all the missing food, but by that time, the rest of our food was cold. GM - Jen Was very accommodating and understanding overall a bad experience, but serenity and Jen tried to make it right

If you have never been to Cracker Barrel, make the trip NOW. Every time we visit ( 1 hr drive) , we NEVER regret it. Pleasant staff & atmosphere. AWESOME food. Fast service. And a real nice little gift shop. LOVE Cracker Barrel !!!!
