Our cashier at check out was so sweet & helpful. I think her name was Karen. She signed us up for rewards and couldn’t have made it any easier. Looking forward to going there again and hoping she is working!!

Ive had many issues with them but I just found out that they support military but dont support first responders. Set better priorities the men and woman protecting us at home are just as important as the military. This company should be ashamed of themselves... this won't be my last review on this matter

The sweet tea was the only thing good here. The eggs taste like plastic. The ham smelled of dog food and taste disgusting. The cinnamon was old and stale tasting. We ordered the food around 10:20 and didnt receive it until 11:13. I was super disappointed.

It was a bad experience at first. We placed a Snoopy behind the registers so we could pay for it after dinner,with our dinner tab. A Couple sat caddy corner to us..they had
our Snoopy. They claimed it was theirs. I was beyond unhappy. Diana,Mike and the management went all out to make it right. Businesses can learn from them. Ty for your hard work and making a bad situation right!I Cool heads win the day. I love Cracker Barrel!

In the decades that I’ve been eating here I had the 1st experience with my food being undercooked and sent it back. The second time it was still undercooked but I kindly let the server and manager know.

My retail experience was great as always and Jacob was a big help!

Great experience all the way around. They greeted us at the door, we were sat right away and service was great. Our waitress shania was awesome, very attentive, and checked back several times to make sure we were good.

Thank God this cracker barrel is exactly as you'd expect and remember it to be. Honest food for honest prices with kind people and still has that great old man on the sign outside promising you nothing woke awaits you inside!
