The staff has given me a bagel with less than a tea spoon of cream cheese now. The first time I figured it was a mistake however for it to happen a second time I believe a staff member is doing it intentionally. Today I decided to return the bagel and show it to the manager. There was three staff members working 2 seemed shocked/ amused by the preparation of the food, one hide away, probably for the obvious reason. Because they have staff that tamper with the food and refuse to make the food correctly I would suggest people in the area eat elsewhere. If it’s happened to me personally twice and I only eat at this place occasionally I imagine they tamper with other customers food as well. I do believe this is a form of stealing from the customers considering they are intentionally not making food correctly and I am not getting what I am paying for. (Obviously people are not going to eat a bagel made this way.) it’s a waste…This is exactly what the bagel has looked like 2 out of the last three times I’ve visited this specific location. It’s obviously a bad joke played by an employee however people don’t usually find it funny when the things they are paying for are intentionally being made with malice. It’s annoying and rude

Ordered on the app. When they did not have my food they refused to refund my money. Told me I needed to reach out to the app. 3 days later still no refund. Horrible customer service at this Dunkin and the order is continuously wrong.

I stop here on Sunday mornings, same people and the only one actually working is the small Indian guy. All the girls there stand around and gossip while he runs around doing everything. Stopped in this (Monday) morning and I was only behind one car in the drive thru. The girl there was talking to the person in the vehicle for a few minutes. Looked at me and the 2 cars behind me now and continued talking. I thought that person may have been waiting for food…nope. They finally left. I pull up and she and the 3 other girls are standing there talking for a few minutes. I only ordered an iced coffee. She finally stops talking and comes to me and says “I’m sorry we were talking about Christmas and they distracted me and made me forget I had a customer.” These are some of the same girls that are there on Sunday. This is truly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The work ethic is the worst. They really need to get rid of these girls and start over.

Dahlia the manager is straight garbage, rude is an understatement. Telling customers to just leave is hella unprofessional. Also a store manager should not be editing cost of drinks based off emotion never has a cold brew been 8 bucks no matter whats added to it. Glad she stressed that she is the manager I'll be reaching out to the franchise owner since she feels she is untouchable

This is probably the worst Dunkin I have been to. The staff is rude, they mock you when ordering. They never have donuts available so I’m confused why they even open the store. Should shut down or hire all new staff who can read and pour liquids into a cup. Is it really that hard.?

I DO NOT recommend this dunkin. If you do go there ALWAYS get a receipt and make sure it's the correct amount. They running some kind of scam there. I've been over charged on more than one occasion. Protect yourself get the receipt!!

Kind of disappointed today with this dunkin. 2 drinks made wrong, one was not even what I ordered. Luckily I don’t mind the drink just wish I received what I ordered. Food was hot and fresh. Must have just been too busy for the 2 girls working. Hope next visit is better

You would think that saying "hey can I get this drink but with oat milk" to any reasonable person would let them know that I want oat milk and not normal milk. Apparently not here. They gave me a drink with oat milk *and* milk. Sadly went to waste because I'm badly lactose intolerant.
