Everytime I’ve come to this Dunkin since they’ve been under this new management there’s been an issue . These new young people they have working in there are going to get themselves hurt one day with the way they speak to people . On top of making drinks wrong and just being loud and wrong period . Too many times my order is messed up or they’re rude when they don’t have something I ordered in the app . They take forever . Just terrible and I’m done patronizing this location . I’d rather drive up to north broadway any day .

Last time I left a review and took it off because the Indian manager was really nice the following days and I don’t want his business to be discouraged but the staff doesn’t care at all.
Morning time especially the wait is as if the staff is messing up ordered and redoing them. They are either understaffed or don’t follow ordered correctly.

Work at Walmart across from dunkin went at 6:50 to order a bacon egg & cheese on a bagel and mine you they close at nine but told me they shut the oven off and could not make sandwich I start work at 2pm here it's 6:55 pm hungry and could not get a sandwich last time I will be going there.

Terrible experience at Dunkin' Donuts! I ordered a bagel and was shocked to find mold on it. Not only was the quality of the food subpar, but it also made me question the cleanliness of the store. I expect better from a popular chain like Dunkin'. Definitely won't be back to this location again. 1/5 stars let's talk about the staff ! They are so rude. I don't understand how these franchise owners accept that. I went here on 9/10/25 at around 11am when I tell y'all Poor service, lack of professionalism from the manager and employees who lets kids run a store?!!! I'm so done with this bs. And I gave it a try again during the night but the ovens were off! It was only 7pm they close at 9??? All donuts were thrown out already? I don't understand but they need to get shut down! They also have bugs crawling near the windows (in the inside) idk that's nasty to me. I would Give a 0 stars if I could

Stopped on 9/4/25 at 7pm for two coffee and 2 sandwiches and was told the ovens are off for the night so they can’t cook anything. I was informed they had donuts but very limited selection. I don’t understand why the ovens were off so early before closing time at 9 pm. The young kids just don’t wanna work I guess. Time for a new Dunkin store.

I have to go to a Dunkin further from my home because their food never tastes like oven cleaner. I just don’t understand. I end up throwing away everything each time. I wouldn’t even feed it to an animal.
Not to mention, the inside of the restaurant looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. Sorry but I wouldn’t want anyone wasting their hard earned money at this location…
It was my first time ordering from this location. I got stalled bread, & burnt hash browns. Only my iced coffee was fresh and made just how I ordered it. I gave 2 stars only because the atmosphere and service was lukewarm.

The staff has given me a bagel with less than a tea spoon of cream cheese now. The first time I figured it was a mistake however for it to happen a second time I believe a staff member is doing it intentionally. Today I decided to return the bagel and show it to the manager. There was three staff members working 2 seemed shocked/ amused by the preparation of the food, one hide away, probably for the obvious reason. Because they have staff that tamper with the food and refuse to make the food correctly I would suggest people in the area eat elsewhere. If it’s happened to me personally twice and I only eat at this place occasionally I imagine they tamper with other customers food as well. I do believe this is a form of stealing from the customers considering they are intentionally not making food correctly and I am not getting what I am paying for. (Obviously people are not going to eat a bagel made this way.) it’s a waste…This is exactly what the bagel has looked like 2 out of the last three times I’ve visited this specific location. It’s obviously a bad joke played by an employee however people don’t usually find it funny when the things they are paying for are intentionally being made with malice. It’s annoying and rude

Ordered on the app. When they did not have my food they refused to refund my money. Told me I needed to reach out to the app. 3 days later still no refund. Horrible customer service at this Dunkin and the order is continuously wrong.

I stop here on Sunday mornings, same people and the only one actually working is the small Indian guy. All the girls there stand around and gossip while he runs around doing everything. Stopped in this (Monday) morning and I was only behind one car in the drive thru. The girl there was talking to the person in the vehicle for a few minutes. Looked at me and the 2 cars behind me now and continued talking. I thought that person may have been waiting for food…nope. They finally left. I pull up and she and the 3 other girls are standing there talking for a few minutes. I only ordered an iced coffee. She finally stops talking and comes to me and says “I’m sorry we were talking about Christmas and they distracted me and made me forget I had a customer.” These are some of the same girls that are there on Sunday. This is truly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The work ethic is the worst. They really need to get rid of these girls and start over.
