Came here last night and not only do the staff curse with F bombs, so dues the manger. Came back today and all of my hash browns were frozen. Went back and it was almost as if I was a bother. Total lack of leadership.

You would think that saying "hey can I get this drink but with oat milk" to any reasonable person would let them know that I want oat milk and not normal milk. Apparently not here. They gave me a drink with oat milk *and* milk. Sadly went to waste because I'm badly lactose intolerant.

Blinking neon sign flashing OPEN so I stop and pull in only to find the door locked and they're actually closed since 9pm, turn off the neon open sign when you lock the door,

i come here every sing morning and the same girl with black hair is taking my order. after everything i say she says “anything else?” like she’s trying to rush me and then she acts like a bi*** at the window. these people really need to learn manners.

This is about the 4th time that this particular Dunkin has gotten my order wrong for an iced mocha coffee. When you call the number the recording states that the telephone number is out of service. Where are the original workers? They were great!

Hours are posted on the door, wanted to dine in for the morning. Coffee and zoom conference call. Drive thru service active, yet the doors were locked. 3 personnel looked right at me and didn't seem to care. 3 other people tried the door, and didn't quite get it either. I can appreciate that the location may be understaffed but dang.
This is my second time going to this Dunkin' Donuts Drive-thru store number 1630 waiting about 20 minutes to get my iced latte with sugar-free vanilla almond milk and stevia and when I got it it tastes watered down and this is not the first time I usually go to the one by McDonald's but I was right at Walmart thought I'd give it another try won't do that again

You never know what you are getting. When they first opened in Pennsville, the employees were great and always had your order right, now, you never know what you are getting.This morning, I asked the lady which cup was my tea, she replied, "Read the tag, sweetie!" well, I got to work, read the tag that said tea, what was in the cup-coffee! No TEA BAG!Done with this Dunkin, after mess up, after mess up, done.

1 star is too high. I have been to the Pennsville location a number of times and the lobby is never open. I have tried a number of times over the past few months. The sign on the door say hours of operation is 5:00 AM till 8:00 PM. This location seems to be ill-managed.

Coffee is constantly bitter, the food tastes like it has been sitting out under a heating lamp and is old. Save your time and money, and go to the Dunkin on N. Broadway across from the super Wawa

never ever go to this place again! okay so today me, my dad, and my mom were literally to this dunkin' donuts on off of hulk road right? okay well first of all they don't let us finish our order because they keep on cutting you off! by saying "is that all?" it is so annoying and unacceptable! these people are so rude! they keep on messing our order up! they almost gave us the person in back of us order it was better when the owners were running the business then these teenagers who don't give a crap about costumer service! never going back there again! -al
