If I could give this store ZERO STARS for service I would. There have been multiple instances that I have ordered a mobile order for WALK IN pick up only to find the doors to the business LOCKED with no way to pick up my order and the line in the drive thru 6-8 cars deep. No more. I will no longer use this location. It is not that hard to make the mobile app show drive thru only for customers when ordering; I did not have time to wait in that drive thru line because I was on my way to work... STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME! I ordered my single drink TEN minutes in advance so I can snatch and go and had to leave my order there because I could not WALK IN and get it. Congratulations! You lost another customer at this location due to ineptitude.

I stopped by this location today . The girl was very rude and it took everything in me not to cuss her ass out … if you work with public. Have a better attitude or find another job because the next I come and she has an attitude I will report her . And talk to her manager

I came here everyday to the point they knew my order before I even ordered everyday almost for the past 4 years - yesterday was my last. The window girl spent about 15 minutes hanging out of the drive through window taking selfies with her friends. Then when I get to the window the order is completely wrong after I tell her that wasn’t my order she cut me off mid sentence very rudely “well what do you want”. It took every ounce of strength not to react. As a loyal customer to this particular location my only words are DO BETTER!!!

I go to this place every day never had an issue until this morning. I was told they were brewing a fresh pot of decaf coffee so I was like great thank you when I got to my office. I opened it. It’s cold and sour that is not a fresh pot of decaf coffee and how funny the manager Was not available. No one else was available for me to speak with. Give me a break. I won’t be going there anymore. I don’t ever leave reviews, but the girl on the phone that handed me the sour cold decaf supposedly fresh brewed coffee was rude
I don't go anywhere else for iced coffee. It is delicious & the staff is always friendly.

I usually do not leave reviews but I felt this needed to be shared. Sunday late morning I went through the drive through. I ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and some donuts for my kids. I pulled off and noticed stuff under the lid of my coffee. I immediately opened it and noticed something was bad in the coffee. I drove back through the drive through to let them know something was bad that they put into the coffee, most likely the creamer. As you can see by the pictures it was not anywhere close to “normal” I pulled up and she started to tell me it was normal and it was the way they made the coffee and that’s why it looked like that etc. it was unacceptable as this could make people sick. It just made me sick by looking at it and the fact that she was saying it’s just the way they make their coffee.

I prefer this DD location however, quite a bit they do not stir the coffee. If flavor shots, cream/milk, espresso or anything is in the coffee, it’s settled in layers because they just assume when they add the coffee, it will just mix up itself but it really doesn’t. I have to ask them to “stir it well, please” and one girl was a smart *ss about it thinking I didn’t see her mock me and lift my coffee and stir it with her strong hand but whatever. She doesn’t work there anymore, at least from what I can tell so that says a lot…. Coffee is always fresh tasting. Employees seem very nice.
