I ordered a latte with an added shot of espresso. But when I tasted it, I noticed that it didn’t taste like the added shot of espresso was in there. It tasted weak. And then I noticed that on top of my drink, there was a sticker that was exactly what I ordered, but underneath there was another sticker… I peeled off the top sticker, and I noticed that it was my exact drink without the added shot of espresso. So they made my latte… but someone forgot to put the added shot of espresso. So instead of dumping it out and making me the drink that I had ordered, they charged me anyway for the added shot of espresso and just slapped the ticket on top of my drink, even though it didn’t have the added shot of espresso.
They just printed out the sticker that said, added a shot of espresso. That’s stealing and dishonest. If someone orders a drink with an added shot of espresso, you can’t just print out a sticker that says, added a shot of espresso and put it on top of the drink that doesn’t have an added shot of espresso.
I am really surprised that they did this … so beware all your other customers, if your drink don’t taste right it’s because it’s not right. They were either lazy and didn’t feel like making a drink or they were stealing money and they do this all the time. I’ve noticed this has passed a couple times, but I’ve never checked to see if there was a second sticker on the bottom.
Dunkin’ Donuts, your employees definitely did this. Maybe it was a new employee that just put the sticker on top because they didn’t want to remake the drink for some reason because they’re new I don’t know but the fact is I ordered a caramel iced latte with an extra shot of espresso.. And what I thought was a caramel iced latte with no added shot of espresso, but a sticker put on it as if it did have it in it.

Ordered drive thru. Way slower than usual. Driver in front of us ordered only 2 drinks. Sat waiting took 5 minutes for first drink, 5 more for second. Super slow today

I usually have a 2 minute waiting rule when I pull up to get my order taking. This place has failed that rule 50% of the time. Worst part is there will be no one at the window or waiting. If it’s been 2 mins and you haven’t even said I will be right with you then I take my business somewhere else. Today I place an order and the lady goes quiet half order I waited a good 3 mins and said are you even there she then asked me to continue my order. I said that’s all she then says what kind of coffee and I said no coffee that’s all she then says okay is that all. At this point I think I’m no longer in reality. Worst part is yet again no one is in line just me at this point. Takes them an additional 5 mins to bring me 2 sandwiches. If your in a rush or need common sense service stay away.

😡 The espresso machine at my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts where they make my double shot espresso with almond milk and pistachio flavor perfectly is down! The verdict is in, I will have to buy my own espresso machine. You’ve pushed me to it Dunkin. I’m lying I can’t do it! My espresso won’t be as good as yours I know it won’t!
There’s something else, since your machine has been down I’ve sought out others. I…. I….. I went to Starbucks, there I said it! But Starbucks was AWFUL. That green mermaid sippy cup meant nothing to me I swear! And yes, there’s another one I’ve also been galavanting around town with 7Brew espresso. I have to tell you 7Brew was good. If their shop was closer you’d be replaced! No, I didn’t mean that! I just said that out of anger! Please forgive me! PLEASE fix your espresso don’t become what McDonalds is to ice cream machines. You’re better than this Dunkin! 😭
If I could give this store ZERO STARS for service I would. There have been multiple instances that I have ordered a mobile order for WALK IN pick up only to find the doors to the business LOCKED with no way to pick up my order and the line in the drive thru 6-8 cars deep. No more. I will no longer use this location. It is not that hard to make the mobile app show drive thru only for customers when ordering; I did not have time to wait in that drive thru line because I was on my way to work... STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME! I ordered my single drink TEN minutes in advance so I can snatch and go and had to leave my order there because I could not WALK IN and get it. Congratulations! You lost another customer at this location due to ineptitude.
