If you love a view, weak cocktails and a mediocre menu then your ship has finally come in at Pennsville's Riverview Inn. Another waterfront delight that would struggle mightily in any landlocked location but flourishes on the water just because. Nothing here is particularly noteworthy until they drop anchor with the check - you'll sober up real fast. You can get Chicken Tenders and "Crazy" Nachos at any truckstop along with a shower for ten bucks. There's no need to take a bath here. Two stars.

I drove 45 minutes to get there so that we could eat outside by the river. Checked out there menu online ahead of time. When we arrived they were completely closed. The sign on the front door said “closed for the season will open In May 2021”. I wish they would’ve updated their webpage to tell us that.

Great place to have a wedding ceremony & reception... it's right on the beach. Also, the food was really good.
Liked it but they are closed more than they are open.

We just had a 60th Birthday Party for my husband at the Riverview and the service and food were both excellent!! The atmosphere and decor was perfect. The Event Coordinator went over and above to accommodate my wishes. Would recommend the Riverview Inn for any event!!

This place is really nice. The staff are super friendly. They swoop in to pick up old plates, and refill drinks without having to be waved down.. the food is also really good. The crab cakes are a must for any party or occasion.
