the cashier name Adely is so great at customer service!!! we had a big order and he was able to get everything right! the managers made sure we were okay as well!

This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell. I try to avoid using this location but because of where I live we occasionally try it again to see if they have improved. In three years they have yet to provide excellent service. Service is slow. Orders either missing food, wrong food, no straws from drive through, no utensils (I guess we're expected to eat mashed potatoes with our hands). Last night I went inside because drive through was 9 deep. Stood at counter 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. One food item was wrong and my first 3 choices (yes 3) at the soda fountain were all out. (Edit) This location no longer exists. It has since been relocated down the road as separate KFC & Taco Bell buildings. The Taco Bell has been about average on accuracy (a few misses here and there), better more recently. had a lot of issues shortly after opening in the new location.
