They forgot my blueberry lemonade and when I went to let them know the lady snapped at me and gave me attitude and just gave me an empty cup. Then I had to go back and wait like 10 mins. They kept ignoring me in line. I showed them the receipt and she still gave me attitude and gave me my drink. Then I noticed they forgot my 2 biscuits. All these people have a big nasty attitude. Treat customers wrong !! And we’re not even from this area.

They have the machines to order, but there are certain things that the machine does not allow you to change the sides, I proceed to go to one of the workers so that they can change the sides at the checkout and he tells me that I can change them in the machine (everything This with a bad attitude). I go back and tell the manager of today's shift Sunday at 2:10 pm that I can't change the sides and she tells me that she can't take my order at the counter to all of these with an attitude. cutting because he was talking on his cell phone and I was interrupting his conversation. I told her that I had already gone two weeks ago and those who were on duty that day took my order at the counter and made the changes, but she didn't care and continued talking on the cell phone telling the person that "they were busy." ”. They simply need better employees with good attitudes.

Ordered delivery from this location. Drinks missing, my girl’s fried chicken combo had tenders instead of chicken. No sauces in the bag, my famous bowl was missing corn and gravy. My nuggets looked like they were the scraps left in the bottom of the tray. Overall absolutely horrendous.

Random Thoughts
We ordered 2 $20 fill-up boxes and I wish I could give it back!!!We are truck drivers so we ordered our food through Door Dash.Our driver was at this location before our order was even completed and once he got the order he only had to drive a half a mile to get to us.This food, ALL OF IT, was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!You can tell that the food was OLD food that must have been reheated. The fries were so hard one would have thought they were greasy seasoned sticks off the ground. The chicken was cold and the nuggets were just the floured crumbs, no meat at all. The biscuits were are cold and hard.Yeah KFC, this location definitely got us for almost $40, and I can guarantee it will NOT happen again.I wish I could post the video that I took because pictures would do NO justice.

Although this was a KFC, I was pleased that the service was much quicker and the two staff members were much nicer than many of the McDonalds in southern NJ where I like. Glad to see it is possible! Bonus that it was even on the highly traveled Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend.

The biscuits were hard as a rock, the employees were cussing. They forgot an entire meal and now I’m out the 15$ because they are saying it was in there and since I just took it home I could be trying to get a free meal! DO NOT GO THERE! Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in the food!
