Service was terrible and I had to pull up and wait for my two Mac chickens. After waiting about 30 minutes I walked in and asked about the order and the lady said here u go. My order just sat there for like 15 minutes I was just very surprised with the service beings there right near the de bridge and a main highway so I thought they would be quick and easy but not so much.

It's a typical McDonald's. I ordered on the app and of course like always they wait until you're at the location before they start making your food even though they already have your money. My guess is they say it's because they want our food fresh and we all know that's NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN because it's a McDonald's. The prices are out of control everywhere but now a double cheeseburger is $4.19 yes I said $4.19 at McDonald's no longer a place where you can either get a good deal on your food or fresh food at a good value. Service is slow as usual at this location which is a shame because it's a Great location right off the exit of 295 and just as you enter NJ from Delaware. Food was hot and it was right I made a custom order. The atmosphere was nothing special. The parking lot was clean.

Girl at the drive thru at 5:05pm on May 7 was extremely nasty. All I did was ask for the correct food in a respectful way, I wasn’t even mad and the attitude I was given was unbelievable. That girl should not be working around people being that unpleasant. The look she gave me looked like she wanted to fight me over their mistake and that me asking for what I ordered was too much. She made me extremely uncomfortable and I probably won’t be back to that one again.

Ordered online, 2 Minecraft meals. Get to store, they are out. Told to wait and will bring food out. 5 minutes later, they have zero idea what I ordered. Gave them the receipt. Get home, order is wrong. Had to go back again to get it done right.

If you don’t wanna be accused of stealing or be treated lower than dirt, then I do not recommend this. McDonald’s only accuse you of things that you did not. Do you also get banned for no reason and with no proof to the point where I also myself had to call their higher management to get any Kind of help and now I have to wait to get a call back to figure out why I am banned from a McDonald’s for doing nothing wrong. They also could not back up their claim on why I was banned so I do not recommend this. McDonald’s if you do not want to be wrongly accused with no proof and be treated Like dirt

The customer service ranges from fair to poor consistently and on many occasions just rude and insulting. This level of service seems to be the norm in Pennsville the prices in general are far too high for this kind of customer service and quality. Avoid if possible.
I have three teenagers who should be McDonald’s ideal customers, yet they’d rather eat almost anywhere else. The Pennsville location is pretty average compared to others, but we rarely go anyway. Today, on St. Patrick’s Day, for the first time in about five years, my daughter asked me to pick up Shamrock Shakes for her and her friends. I pulled up to the order speaker, asked if they had them, and was told yes—only to get to the window and hear they had just run out. On the bright side, keeping my kids away from McDonald's has never been easier!

Always finding the most meh attention to detail shifts.. 2nd time in the past few months I've received sloppy service. Young gentleman at the 2nd window always lovely but who ever js making the food needs a job better suited for their simplicity ..
Box of pickles instead of nuggets. Hilarious that this is where we are in 2025.
Used to be the go to in Pennsville now we rather go to wawa If we stay in a hotel nearby.. shame.

Today I went to McDonald’s and I had ordered a large fry (take out). When I got home I looked in the bag and saw that more than half of my fries were gone. I checked in the bad to see if they had fallen out in the bag but no. This is ridiculous I’ve always bought from this McDonald’s. I also ordered other friends and they were stale. Do better McDonald’s, I’m a loyal customer if this ever happens again I will no longer be a customer.
