Hi, so me and my friends ordered cheese fries and these two girls saw our fries, put them to the side. And forgot about it until this second girl had to tell her. They forgot our cheese and when we asked for it they gave it to us then started whispering about us very loudly. Don’t come here unless you want to be talked about by the employees who clearly don’t get paid enough to care about you not to mention they were staring us down when we left. If you have such a problem with your paying customers then maybe you shouldn’t work there

I went to order a a pizza at the Pat's in Pennsville. I left my sunglasses. One of the ladies behind the counter stole my glasses. I'm glad it wasn't my wallet!

We went on a Saturday around noon. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. We ordered potato skins for an appetizer and a plain pizza. The pizza was OK. I didn't like that the appetizer came after the pizza. The mozzarella cheese on the potato skins wasn't a winner for me either, it all came off with the first bite.

What’s happened to this place in the last 6-8 months? I order anything and select extra cheese and get hit with the bare minimum, less than what you’d expect normallly. My turn over last night was all sauce when I hit extra cheese. And this can be on anything, a normal pizza , fries. You name it your basically paying extra to be scammed. I use to love this place, been going all my life for 27 years. And there’s a female lead? Idk who she is but she’s very rude ontop of it. Maybe I’m just going in on bad days where I don’t see the owner much anymore. He’d always be very welcoming and make sure things are done right. I usually order after 7 so maybe that has something to do with the quality dropping significantly. Either way if I’m paying extra I should get what I’m ordering instead I feel like I’m being stolen from. Do better Pats.

Just ordered pizza, wings and fries from this establishment. Usually the food is fair, at best. Tonight, it was a huge disappointment. The pizza wasn't cooked and was very doughy. The toppings were hard and crunchy and not cooked either. I shouldn't have to pay $36.00 to cook my pizza. The sauce that came with the wings was horrible. My husband spit it out as soon as it touched his mouth. He said it tasted like turpentine smells. I smelled it and it definitely smelled like paint thinner. Disgusting meal. Never again. This was enough to turn us off for good!

The store owner is a wonderful Man and the cooks are quick and friendly. Now the store manager she is so unprofessional and talks to people rude. Food is delicious but they need to change the girl store manager.
Food was wrong and had to wait 15 minutes for a re make and yet the manager really wanted the incorrect food back! Jokes on you! Everyone I know has been sick so good luck with that! Totally messed up to ask for food back when you make them wait. Maybe this review will make them learn it’s not with the $2-4 in supplies. This place has changed a lot. Truly a shame
