We were on our way to D.C from NJ. Thought of taking a break for dinner as this looked like a great place to dine in from the available options. To over surprise, they didn’t put in our full order. Kids got their pizza but my husband and I waited for almost 30 mins and I asked them if they could check on our order. The lady came back after 7 mins and said sorry your order didn’t go through ?♀️We had to hit the road so we asked them for the refund. They gave us a full refund but I that’s not what we wanted. They said sorry but it ruined our evening!I wouldn’t go back there

Not good in my opinion unless you like your food served with attitude and poor service from management. What ever happened to the days when customer service was job #1. Especially in this day and age when a family of 4 or 5 spends $50+ on a pizza and wings and an order of fries. I have better places to support when service is poor. This HAD turned into our favorite cheese steak restaurant in the pennsville area. Then about a month ago, instead of getting fried peppers in my sandwich, I received pepperoni. I figured that this was probably an error that could easily have gotten misunderstood since they both would have pepp as an abbreviation for the order. However, due to time restraints, I couldn't replace the item at that time and 2 weeks later, I reminded the manager of the order and was told that they didn't have a record of the replacement request. Now on Dec 24th, I I ordered a sandwich to be picked up at a later time (@50 mins later) and was told ok and even repeated back to me at the end of the order. When finished, I realized my son would be picking up the order for me on his way here and called to pre-pay for the order. The owner (thick accented man) told me I couldn't get the sandwich in 50 mins because they would be closed. I expressed my disappointment and let the manager know that the person taking the order should have said that when ordering. The manager became indignant and kept saying over and over again, Merry Christmas, and then finally hung up. I spend approx $75 here a week but will NOT be supportive of any local business with customer service that is horrible. At the end of the day, your food, no matter how good it is, is NOT worthmy hard earned money.

Pat's has several locations; I frequent the one in Pennsville. It is clean, is good, and the prices are reasonable. Seating is spacious. In my opinion, they have the best pizza- thicker crust, lots of cheese, and good portions. The menu offers plenty of lunch and dinner choices. Finally, they give senior and group discounts, making it a good choice for your group get together eating in , take out or catered.

Called ahead and was greated by eager, smiling wait staff. Food was hot and tasty as expected. A great place to eat.Parking: Plenty of spots to park.
worst customer service ever , they don't even know they're own menu. asked for a Sicilian and received a regular, front desk women seems incompetent and ignorant to the fact my simple order was wrong. Very awful experience and Ill be sure to never order here again

I've been a regular customer at the Lancaster Ave location for many years, as an individual and as someone coordinating large group meals for business lunches. The food is always fresh and delicious, portions are generous, large orders are always accurate, and employees are consistently friendly. The owner/manager is frequently on site, and is very appreciative of his customers' patronage. Highly recommend!
