I found hairs in my food. It was nasty and I had to throw my food out and those people were mean and rude and the floors were dirty. This place need to be shut down and made a church.

BEWARE!!...I've had multiple problems at this Taco Bell! The latest incident(12/29/23), I accidently placed an order thru the mobile app, I immediately tried to cancel it, as it was the wrong address. .I tried calling them repeatedly to be sure that the order was canceled. I was hung up on again&again(5x). I never picked up anything, but my card was charged anyway! On 2 other occasions, I placed an order thru the app(for over $50 each time) but it was being picked up hours later, they aren't supposed to make the food until you give them your name at the drive thru, but when I picked up the food at the scheduled time everything was ICE cold & soggy. It had definitely been sitting around for hours. I have tried making complaints thru the app & always ask that I be contacted regarding the matter, but NEVER hear anything back from them. Taco Bell likes to say that they'll make it right, but at least this particular one NEVER does! AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Love taco bell food, this taco bell has worst service ever. Manager outside smoking, 5 customers in line. I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came to register to take my order, I left and went to mc Donald's. In and out in less then 5 minutes. Employees inside were the worst at taco
Well I guess you can say Taco Bell has come a long way from the past but not a good way the meal was cold there was no meat in tacos and the prices were outrageous you won't be seeing me no more I like the good old Taco Bell time

I wish I could get the specials offered on the app. I am a senior person and not tech savvy.The soft drinks taste yucky. I don't get them any more at this location.Offering a bottled drink might be good...but finding the source of the problem would be best!
