Update: finally decided to give 30 burger another try after waiting 10 months from the first time I tried to order. After ordering my food it arrived 25 minutes late, and when I opened up the bag it was the wrong food. I called the store and the manager called me back and told me to keep the food they delivered (that wasn't my order) and they would redeliver the correct food. Although it would be great to munch on this food that i didn't ask for while waiting for our actual order, we have food allergies and are unable to eat what they delivered. After 35 min our correct order was delivered. It is kind of late for me to eat a burger, but my boyfriend ate his and said it was good. So the 3 stars are based on taste. Thank you for fixing the issue, but I hate wasting food. With that being said having to throw out the wrong order, getting the 1st order 25 min late, then having to wait for our correct order, is just 3 strikes that I'm not willing to deal with again so I wont be ordering food from this place.

I have visited many locations this one was by far the worst. Burger was not good tasted undercooked and the sauce taste weird.

Made a order through grubhub with them said estimate wait time was 30 min and never showed up nobody picks up the phone and when it does you just get a dialup sound, another thing is that if they where closed or where going to leave early they should have had a message after the tone to let people know that because of the holidays they might close earlier or if it's closing time that they couldn't order anymore they also need to update the website on google so people can be aware that there closed and the final thing is if this establishment is closed payment shouldn't be processed regardless of the matter because if I wouldn't have known better I would have gotten robbed for 22.35 very unprofessional and wasn't pleased had to contact grub hub to refund my order because apparently people still use dialup in 2019

I have recently just came across 30 burgers I was starving and I had nothing to eat you but I wasn't in the mood for pizza or Chinese. So I found 30 burgers on Yelp and order through GrubHub. I got my food fast and hot and the delivery guy was very nice also but when I open my food it was the wrong thing I got a salad instead of my burger it was not their fault I called up right away and they fix my problem fast and then I found out I don't even need to order through GrubHub and I can call them. I received my burger and it was delicious hot and very good. I can say and I am very satisfied with this place and the customer service is great and very friendly will be ordering again.

The food was delicious was delicious but it was soured with horrible service. When I asked for no cheese on my burger the cashier told me ran out of Cheese anyway however when I got my burger is had many slices of cheese. It wouldn't have bothered as much if the waiter was polite and if I wasnt lactose intolerant. The waiter simply dropped our tray on the table and said "here" and just walked away. Rude!

Lousiest burger I ever had! The burger was over cooked, after I told him I wanted it medium rare! The one slice of tomato was so thin I could see thru it! (& I asked for xtra tomatoes and lettuce!) It cost me almost $9.00. I could have had a lot more for my buck @ any Chinese food place! My frist time there & my last.

Food is good ,but the service sucks.they made me wait 15 minutes b4 taking my order.then the cook did not want to cook my buger and frys untill he finished a bigger order.mind you.the place was empty that day.

This is my first time at this location as I walked in I noticed a man that looks like Tito from rocket power and a woman that look like she just got out of the bed wearing wrinkled sweatshirt and sweatpants. The Man from rocket power told us we couldn't use one of the seats from a table when nobody else was in there it was completely empty. As we approach the counter the woman with the wrinkled sweat outfit took 10 minutes to take our order because she was on the phone with her boyfriend talking about child support. After receiving my burger that I ordered that took quite a long time to make they forgot the lettuce and tomato . However the burger was quite good. I asked to use the Wi-Fi as we were eating and sweat pants baby mama drama women said that I am not allowed access. Overall the burger was good but the service was terrible and the inside of the location look like a scene out of the chainsaw massacre . I hope this review helps future customers .
