We couldn't enjoy El Patio anymore than we do....every time we go there. The owners are passionate about their establishment and it comes through in aces with regards to their food, drink and service. It's always such a great mix of patrons from the local community and passing through travelers. Live music is a definite plus. We absolutely love El Patio and are glad to be repeat customers.

Restaurant very basic. Friendly staff. Slow service. Orders got mixed up. Pizza was decent. Beer wasn’t cold. Staff did try hard. Not many alternatives in the area. Not expensive.
We came for lunch straight from the beach. The food was some of the best I had in Costa Rica - super fresh, great ceviche, seafood, fries. The service was very slow, although we went pretty early so maybe they weren't fully staffed yet.

Juan Carlos and his staff worked so hard to make us feel like we’d found our local Cheers, learning our names and always welcoming us personally when we arrived. The fajitas were great, more than I could eat and the pizza, if ordered as described on the menu, was delicious hot out of the oven.

They play to much salsa here on Saturdays dj needs to mix more than salsa all the night me and my friends left it got boring
