I wouldn’t order from here. I prepaid online and tipped online. The delivery took over an hour to come. I had requested for the pizza to be left at the door as I usually do with DoorDash, Uber eats, etc. Not only did the driver not follow instructions, he kept banging on my house door really hard and spamming my phone with calls. When i answered the door, he was harassing me to give him more money for tips….

These guys are super bad on service. They always take a long ass time to get the food ready and to bring it every person that speaks when you order online does not know what they’re doing or know the address. I ordered a pizza and they had my phone number incorrectly. The lady was cursing at me And never got my pizza.

Can cooperate plz shut down the call center I placed an order for a pizza and the toppings were incorrect and it is unacceptable to make a store lose merchandise customer didn't want which could have been a matter of life and death had we received toppings we are allergic to. Please don't play with other people's food by ordering wrong toppings just to get the customer off the phone. I can't believe I even did the survey and the man ordered the wrong toppings leaving my family in a tough situation. This is unacceptable! Do better domino's Cooperate because this isn't fair to anyone involved.

Reason for a 4 star is because I gave a tip on my delivery and the driver still asked for cash, he didn’t give us our food until my son brought out an extra $5.00 even after we showed him we gave him an $8.00 tip when we paid online and on top of that he said that’s it in Spanish. HORRIBLE!! I ordered 2 medium cheese pizzas, they delivered me 1 cheese & 1 steak & spinach. I called the store and told them that they got 1 of my pizzas wrong. They said that they will send another cheese pizza. Ok cool. After 40 mins of me waiting, I call the store back and they tell me that they never put my re order in. So AGAIN they said they will send me another one. Ok. I wait another 40 mins and I call them to know the status. The worker said that the driver was on his way, so I said ok and hung up. Another 40 dam minutes pass by and this driver left my food on the floor!! I called and they said the driver called me which is false! I have 0 missed calls! This is absolutely crazy!

You really should teach your drivers NOT to block people's driveways/carport/garage while delivering in Harbortown. It's very annoying when I have to wait 10 minutes for a driver to come move his car because he can't first the correct building.
