My son order a chicken sandwich and they gave him the smallest amount of fries then they wouldn't give him a can of soda, on the menu it says that you get fries and a can of soda. The lady told my son that it's an error. As his mother i I disputed the problem and he got a can of soda. They didn't ask him what kind of soda he wanted. Never again.

The stewed meats appeared to have been held under heat for an extended period and were notably dry.
The price-to-value ratio is questionable. For example, the octopus salad was priced at $15.00 but was served without any accompanying sides or dressing, making the cost feel excessive.
The potato salad tasted stale, suggesting it had been held at an incorrect temperature for too long.
The service provided was inefficient and distracted.
The server appeared preoccupied with a personal cell phone throughout the ordering process, leading to multiple errors.
The server failed to charge for or provide the drinks ($10.00 value) and neglected to include the requested side of beans with the beef stew platter.
No dressing was offered or provided for the seafood salads. We did not notice these omissions until arriving home.
This location does not justify its premium price point. The food quality was low-level, and the service was unacceptable. The total cost of the order was $63.00 (Food) and $10.00 (Drinks).

Service was okay but the food was cold and the rice was stale. The Pernil was okay but cold as well. The potato salad was too thick. I also ordered sweet plantain and it was also cold. I do not recommend.

Terrible, I ordered a lasagna for December 24 and I had to throw it away because we couldn't eat it because of so much salt in it, two baked chickens came with nothing but bones and all four thighs were missing.

Great place to stop and have a heavy, healthy meal while waiting for your EV to charge.
Great portions and a huge selection of provisions and meats, hot and cold sides! Great service and recommended by the folks at the store near the laundromaut.

The service needs to be worked on as the servers attitude was just as dry as the rice and chicken that we ordered. The beans and potato salad lacked flavor, the portions were small, and the options were very limited. Needless to say we probably won’t be coming back.

Horrible customer service, the few times I have been to this location they are horrible at listening. My husband just went there and asked for BEEF and cheese empanadas and two drinks. I’m not sure where she heard one instead of two because my husband speaks clear Spanish and she gave us one drink. Also, the meat in their empanadas are questionable, we specifically told them beef since we don’t eat pork and when we open the empanadas it was some mysterious meat which definitely was not beef. Won’t be going back nor to the other location on state street and sad because we have been going there for many years.
