This Dunkin is the worst. Three weeks the rest room is out of order..same sign from three weeks ago. The workers are all mingling in the back out of door sight. When you enter no one comes to greet you or take your order for at least 1-2 minutes. Maybe it was just my experience today. But I've been here before. They had a young man working and willing to go above and beyond.javent seen him in the last three visits.

In 2024, Black patrons are denied a visit to the bathroom, and white patrons are allowed. Damn shame in a predominantly Brown part of the state.
We stopped to charge our electric vehicle and were disappointed. I went in first and asked for the bathroom after a long drive from NYC. They told me it was closed and I was instructed to go to Shop Rite. I didn't have a chance to order anything. I left and used the bathroom at the laundromat with no issues.
I told my friend at the charger. She followed shortly therafter and ordered a drink, asked for the bathroom, and was permitted. They had no explanation when she asked them why I was declined. She left.
We chose to spend money at the Dominican restaurant across the lot. Fresher coffee. Cleaner food. Better service. Eat and shop where you are welcome.

Ordered munchkins. They said they didn’t have any munchkins and did not offer me anything else even though I paid for them. I had to ask for a donut. Horrible attitude.

This place it’s really understaff . I visited Sunday around 1:30pm and place only had 2 employees and one lady at the window. How can they operate like this? A drive through full of cars and a line inside of the DD. This franchise needs a lot of improvement on costumer service training and more support to their employees.

Yesterday on Friday October 18th,2024 between 10:05 am and 10:17 am right before my Lyft ride for the first time ever I was visiting this Dunkin Donuts. And the boy that worked between 10:05 am and 10:17 am was nice and I said I am just looking so he gave me space and went about doing the work that he needed to do. But the girl or the female that worked was so rude and unpleasant and unfriendly saying, "Are you going to order something?" so I had to respond saying I already told him(the boy) that I am just looking to get her off me and then me going a little away near the fridge where they store Poland Spring bottled water to breath and have some mental space after that girl was making me uncomfortable to look at the choices Dunkin Donuts have along with me booking my Lyft ride to go home. This girl is clearly not emotionally and mentally strong and mature and pure to interact and associate with me or anybody. And the reason I mentioned about the time is so that the management knows what girl I am talking about. After writing this review I can have some peace of mind regarding the negative and unhealthy and unpleasant association that happened between me and that girl.

The guy had a horrible attitude. he was using his phone while taking my order. When I asked him what they use in their mocha, he said “I have no idea” while staring at me in a hostile way. Would never come here again. Horrible experience. If you work here, you shouldn’t be on your phone while taking someone’s order and you shouldn’t have a disgusting attitude.
Brand new location. They keep it really clean. Nice atmosphere. Plus right next to EVGo EV charging stations.
Parking: Ample parking near the store.

Every time I go at night! They never have bagels or donuts, and they serve you poorly, rushing to check out, I always go at 9pm, you can't sit inside anymore, they have the chairs on top of the tables.

When I tell you this staff is so unprofessional I was waiting so long just to place my order the guy had the nasties attitude and face I asked him to give me my coffee that his coworker Myra had to make since his first priority was giving the next customer after me his donut I asked myra to hand me my coffee and she also ignore me with her hands in the air oh I'm busy he needs to give it to you as she comes back I asked may I just get my coffee here she goes taking her time. The guy still ain't trying to help. Definitely ain't coming back as iam a daily customer.

There’s this young lady worker that for some reason every time I order she wants to act miserable and rude. I’m telling you as restaurant owner she must be let go. There’s no way you can treat customers like your running a. Circus. Her attitude sounds like she’s been broken and deeply hurt. I’d consider following up on her and see how’s she’s really doing because it’s every morning that I come and I can tell she’s dealing with trauma and it’s every morning that I come. Anyways you lost a everyday customer
