The staff, including the manager are very terrible customer service bathroom is been closed for almost a year. The three customer is very bad. I recommend you guys do not come to the Dunkin’ Donuts.

Absolutely terrible Dunkin’ Donuts! Every time you ask for coffee, you end up with a cup full of milk and sugar — barely any actual coffee! It’s like they completely forgot what coffee is supposed to taste like. If you’re looking for a caffeine fix, don’t bother coming here — you’ll just get a sugar rush instead.

The employees at that donkin donuts are awfully rude. Their bosses should take action and check their cameras more and see that one of their employees licks her fingers every time she makes a drink.

Horrible service, the machines were broken, the coffee wasn't tasting. I got a small ice coffee and the girl FILLED MY CUP WITH ICE no exaggeration, the lid wasn't even fitting on the cup. Never comming back

Some days they make your drink good. Some days it’s lackluster or they run off out of ingredients so it’s a major inconvenience for me. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK INSIDE YOUR DRINK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Once I found a fly inside my drink (they remade it thankfully) then today I found a crusty yellow looking object in my matcha! I always think twice about coming here.

Bad place to go I rather you guys go to different one this one is bad service and employees are rude and always on there damn phones and they are slow at there job and they always talk behind your back that’s they be hiring stupid people and stuff and they never have dragon fruit refresher because they be drinking it all to themselves I will not be going here anymore because the service be bad I hope you know before going there save your money and go somewhere else smh🙄
I go there so much that they know me, but today I ordered my usual coffee which is $3.69 I gave the cashier 20 dollars then all of the sudden she cancelled the order, I rescanned my points then she had the nerve to give me $6 and some change back....Smh head I was $10 short so I complained to the manager but she looked at me like I was lying I would never do that. The cashier had a smirk on her face the whole time. The manager gave me my correct change but I won't be spending my money in that store again.😡😡
