This Dunkin is the worst of all. The manager was so RUDE, does not even want to interact with customer. I suggest go somewhere else. No courtesy in this place at all. ā¹ļø

The costumer service they have here SUCKS ! Today January,11 2025 I went to get a Toasted White Chocolate Iced Signature Latte and the girl didn't add the Whipped cream and I asked her why she didn't do it and she told me because I didn't told the Cashier to add it and she told me that I was supposed to PAY EXTRA to add the Whipped Cream on a coffe that IS SUPPOSED to have it , I left the coffee at the counter and left the store.

Iām a medical transport worker whoās always on the road I go to Dunkinā Donuts across New Jersey and everywhere a lot! Today I went to this Dunkinā Donuts and was very disappointed I couldnāt use the bathroom. I asked the cashier how long it was out of service and she said ā A while probably about a weekā if restaurants like these, have a dining room, they should have a bathroom for customer!!! And this is not the first Dunkinā Donuts Iāve been too. They lock the bathroom also and say itās out of service just because they donāt want you to use it. SMH this definitely will make me think twice before going to a Dunkinā Donuts to get breakfast because if Iām there getting breakfast, I want to wash my hands or use the restroom. I canāt which sucks.

Went here, and they were out of glaze donuts in the middle of the day. No condiments on the custome's side, I assume, for fear of them being stolen. The next day, I went to a different Dunkin' Donuts by ShopRite, and it was much better cleaner and plenty of glazed donuts. This place needs a makeover.

Absolutely Awesome! Needed a bucket of Halloween Munchkins, went to three different stores, they had limited munchkins and no buckets. This was the only store that had a fresh assortment of Munchkins, the limited edition Halloween bucket and great service! Thank You!

Came this morning to pick up my order and Lisa was extremely awesome! She greeted us and helped with my order. I was not happy with my drink and she made my drink and again. I think that was such a nice gesture of her. Hope her boss sees this and gives her a good raise. Very few people have such great customer service like her. Thank you Lisa for making my morning!!
