The employees here refuse to make the dark roast. Seems they are hardwired to say or told to say they don’t have it *or as in one case tried to give me a regular coffee instead and lied when asked if it was the dark roast. Lied right to the manager’s face, then to me. The manager realized and didn’t say anything just proceeded to make the dark roast I originally asked for. This was not a one time occurrence

I don’t know the girl’s name, but it’s the one that had the light pink hair. Give that girl a raise! I ALWAYS see her in there running a mile a minute to get everything done and sometimes she’s by herself running everything!

They have one job and that’s to prepare an entire order correctly, double check they didn’t miss anything and have it ready to be picked up. One job and they couldn’t even do that. Hire people with less attitudes and that actually want to work at Dunkin.

Corporate compliant will be made as the place is dirty aswell don’t waste your time there is another one 1 mile away by Walmart that stands behind what Dunkin’ should be like and clean
