Is it so hard to get a good coffee in the morning don’t get me wrong I could had done it at home but due to me running late I had no other choice but damn every single time I go to this dunkin there always messing up my coffee and sandwiches and no matter how many time I tell them the way I want it they still make it wrong. I asked them an ice caramel coffee with cream abs sugar and they give me a black coffee with just for caramel shot I told hey my coffee is wrong she looked at me crazy and walked away . This will be my last time coming to this dunkin they had bad customer service.

this location needs to get it together... never have my pre-ordered mobile app order... it's like they act like they don't know mobile orders exist... get to the window and you get a blank stare, and they try to give you whatever order is next instead of asking you for your order name/number... then confusion ensues... asking others in the kitchen for my order

Ordered $33 worth of donuts through Dunkin’s app. Store was out of donuts and refused refund. No solution from customer service despite multiple emails and a formal case (#17188033). BBB and NJ Consumer Affairs complaints filed. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered hot macchiato with milk and no sugar - I got hot WATER with milk and no sugar. There was no any drop of coffee. I will never order anything there again. I do not recommend this place.

I've been ordering the same drink forever and sometimes I order an extra shot of espresso in it because it's not strong enough. A young male employee recommended a drink so I didn't have to always order the extra shot and the drink is exactly what I hope for every time. Thank you! :)

Went through the drive-thru yesterday morning around 9 AM, and it was a disaster. The line was super long, and I waited nearly 20 minutes just to get to the window. The manager was rude and seemed more focused on rushing people through than actually helping me.

I ordered an iced coffee, and it was disgusting – watered-down syrup with a splash of cream. When I mentioned it to the girl at the window, she barely acknowledged me and just said, “We’re busy, sorry,” without offering to fix it.

Terrible service and even worse coffee. I won’t be coming back.

Im truly disappointed by this location. This is the third time ive ordered something and its like they are serving watered down coffee. The first time i ordered a shaken espresso and they served me an iced coffee, i can tell the difference between espresso and iced coffee with milk and theres a color difference as shaken espresso is a little darker due to the ESPRESSO. I just now ordered an iced latte and im handed a watered down ice coffee. Not even regular ice coffee, taste like water with a hint of coffee and why is there whipped cream on my drink??? Disgusting. Its currently Sunday, 10:25am, just for reference. The other times i’ve ordered and received bad drinks is usually by the morning crew. If im paying $7 for a drink, i would like the drink to be made well.

The respect of peoples time was not taken under consideration today. I placed an order a day in advance. I requested the order for 5AM which I expected. I was told 5-10min wait for completion, ok fine. Not only did I have to wait 25min for my order, but I was late to a meeting I needed to be in at 5:30AM. I watched several people drive up to the window and leave due to the wait times because there was one person working. Why?! Extremely disappointed customer.

First off today the lady at the speaker had such a nasty attitude. I understand if you’re having a bad day but i didn’t even get to start my order before she’s rushing me and sighing because i’m trying to get my mothers order correct. I told her forget it and she starts laughing. Super unprofessional. I work for a food chain as well and i know how you’re supposed to act when it comes to customers. This lady needs to be fired because i go there all the time and now you’ve just lost a loyal customer. Congratulations I hope you’re proud of yourself. I’ve let this one woman’s attitude slide multiple times, not no more.

Very distasteful food…… literally gave me burnt hash browns and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I was in a hurry and didn’t have a chance to take a look at my food. If I would have seen what I was given I would have turned around and went in to get a refund. Very disappointing……we expect what we pay for not to be given burnt food. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
