First off today the lady at the speaker had such a nasty attitude. I understand if you’re having a bad day but i didn’t even get to start my order before she’s rushing me and sighing because i’m trying to get my mothers order correct. I told her forget it and she starts laughing. Super unprofessional. I work for a food chain as well and i know how you’re supposed to act when it comes to customers. This lady needs to be fired because i go there all the time and now you’ve just lost a loyal customer. Congratulations I hope you’re proud of yourself. I’ve let this one woman’s attitude slide multiple times, not no more.

Very distasteful food…… literally gave me burnt hash browns and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I was in a hurry and didn’t have a chance to take a look at my food. If I would have seen what I was given I would have turned around and went in to get a refund. Very disappointing……we expect what we pay for not to be given burnt food. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

They didn’t get my order wrong but the young lady at the window was super rude. I don’t understand why this specific Dunkin’ Donuts always has young people with so much attitude at the window. Sometimes they get the orders wrong but this time it was right. The issue was her attitude. She’s not fit for customer service and I don’t understand why she works there.

I've tried to give this location so many tries because there is the random day my drink is okay but 99% of the time my iced latte has SO MUCH MILK it doesn't even taste like coffee. While I appreciate a cup full of beverage, this is the kind of drink where extra ice is necessary. The location by Shoprite on Convery gets it perfect every time. So just going to go there now. It's too bad because this location is more convenient, but at this point I'm tired of paying $7 for a cup of milk.

I tell you I don’t like giving a bad review especially when they are young maybe high school kids working there but they need to get it together I order two plain bagel with jelly and cream cheese waited about 7 minutes got my stuff I didn’t drive but 1 minute try to eat the bagel they toasted them but let them sit so long they got cold and it sucks I couldn’t go back and the coffee wasn’t any better like it sucks I called them to let them know they were apologizing I felt bad but really has to do better

I don't know where to start. I've been frequenting this Dunkin donuts for a few months. I thought that the bad attention I had had in terms of service had been simply with me but I was wrong since there is a lady late at night who never knows how to take an order well. She talks to you with a bad attitude, Always in call on the phone, She tells you that such services are not available. I just had to say forget it and leave next time I see this lady working there. I'm not going to order anything 😴

I went to this dunkin late at night and I was tryna get my order from the outside counter quick and easy just to see one of the workers out of 2 just sitting there on his phone not helping this other girl, she was taking order making drinks and he was just not tryna help. I waited patiently and stood there until the girl finally took my order and I was greeted nicely and with such Great service, Rose was her name if I can remember correctly. The other guy always does nothing every time I visit and he always got that red flannel on but Rose on the other hand an outstanding worker wished they’d be more like her.

So Sunday night I had one to go and order a coffee and some other stuff through the drive-thru the overnight lady that works there she's really nasty she's always talking on the phone and she cursed me out and everything and then she told me to cookie was she didn't tell me how much the cookie was now minding you I go to Dunkin donuts whenever I can to that Dunkin' donuts please and then how you going to come and give up attitude to a customer I don't think she should be working there because she be talking on her phone she don't pay attention to the orders she gets everything mixed up and everything else and she did not give me my receipt she's a very disrespectful person that's the Dunkin' donuts in Perth Amboy New Jersey on 482 Smith Street and I think the owner or the district manager or the general manager I need to have us talk with them because I don't think this is fair she disrespect me so damn bad I'm not going back to that Dunkin' donuts never again in my life

Dunkin drive thru night shift Worst service I stop and order for a small cappuccino and the lady who works there had bad attitude she gave me a medium cappuccino when I ask for small cappuccino, she smashed the window and sculpted my coffee. I didn’t accept it. If she doesn’t want to work she should stay home. Dunkin should change that person !!!

I swear, I try to avoid this Dunkin and it truly is my last resort every time. Today I ordered a medium iced americano, simple right? Well, I guess not, I was about to be handed an iced drink with milk in it so I ask the gentleman if that’s my drink and he said yes the americano. I’ve been drinking americanos for 2 years, there is no milk, but I politely say oh I’m sorry there’s not supposed to be milk in there.. it’s just espresso and hot water. To which he catches an attitude and replies with, “you ordered milk” I told him no I didn’t, I was very clear that I ordered an iced americano. I guess he didn’t like being wrong to which he rolled his eyes at me, and seemingly threw a fit as he turned around to remake my order.
As he hands the correct drink to me, he repeats himself and says “you ordered milk” and at that point I was over the disrespect so I told him; “no sir I didn’t, maybe you should learn traditional coffee orders if you work at Dunkin, but have a good day!”
As someone who works in the service industry you have to accept when you make an honest mistake.. playing it off and passing the blame onto your customer is actually pathetic.
They must improve their coffee preparation... they always disappoint me, it seems that they do not train those who prepare the special coffees well, or they do not change their coffee or their machines are old... they do not like the coffee at all, it is of low quality and the worst thing is They serve 24 hours a day, there is no other in this area of Perth Amboy that is 24 hours a day!!!! I see that they have few stars, very bad service and terrible coffee preparation! HORRibble

I have been to some places with bad service but this one takes the cake. The manager is extremely rude to customers and employees.Yelling at his own employees while handing out food is not professional at all. He literally made not even want to even eat the food I got. This Dunkin’ went under new management and got worse. I will just go to the Dunkin’ by ShopRite from now on.
