First time trying this restaurant based on the google reviews. This place was not it for food or service. We walked in and sat down, expecting them to bring us a menu and they didn't even acknowledge us. Had to go up to the counter and ask for the menu, they said they didn't have any because they were making changes to it. That's fine. Ordered fried snapper with tostones, boyfriend ordered masita de cerdo with tostones, and it tasted like it was cooked in old burnt oil. The only thing decent that we tried was the mondongo with white rice. Will not be coming back here. Coming from a dominican who loves her dominican food.

The food was cold, they never offered us the menu and the service was terrible because even to pay we had to go to the cashier...it is more of a place to buy and take away.

They charged me $1 for the bag. Seriously!!!Anywhere else is .30 cents. I called to get an order of tostones, and they told they were busy, call back later. I was 7 min from them, so I insisted and finally they said ok we will do it. When I arrived 7 min later, it was not BUSY at all.

I order uber eats paying like 20$ for shrimp mofongo it was salty and portion was like to feed a 3 year old kid smh poor display of the food

We asked for soup wish wasn't that good and also not hot when get to my table.
Parking: There is only room in the parking space for about 4 or 5 vehicles. Street parking very difficult to find.

That is an abuse that I call and order a delivery and the idiot gets lost oh he goes to the wrong address he calls me and tells me that he is coming to bring me the food but in reality he goes to the restaurant and says that he couldn't contact me that This service, I'm paying here, it's not free, 1 hour and a half later I call the restaurant and they knock my call down, they don't want to answer, I call from another phone number, they answer, and they act like they don't know when I explain the situation on top of that. He wants me to go look for the food that is no longer delivered there.
Because of Employees like THESE, companies do not whistle and have bad slander!…..this has been about a year ago,
Now I pass by the area and I stop I want to buy but I can't because they don't allow paying with Zelle, I have my information today and I have photos of my license and my bank card but I can't stop with Zelle what I wanted to eat for myself and My family, I think they should update me a little more.

Food came cold,when ask to change or heath it again the owner/manager start to be nasty.
The food is great, but a little pricey. Quick service. I asked for the Lunch Special, but I was asked if I wanted a little more on my dish, which resulted in being charged the dinner prices.
