Fajji's Homemade Ice Cream

I want to buy ice cream because my sister referred me to go and buy due to this homemade ice cream and very delicious I really like the array of flavors they offer..
The flavors I've tried are very good .. raspberry, pumkin spice. pistachio, piña colada. butter pecan.
Ricky at the counter has always been very attentive, with a big warm smile, very pleasant to talk to..
Good size portions.
There are 3 tables outside.. for those who want to sit and enjoy.
The owner says that they'll be open until November the 3rd ,so I invite you to go there and try one of those flavors they have and enjoy.

I've passed by this shop countless times, always thinking, "I need to try this place." Today, I finally did! I met Tom, the ice cream maker, who was super friendly and generous with samples. I took my selections home, and they were a hit! Both flavors were creamy, not too sweet, and absolutely perfect. John has definitely gained a new customer. Make sure to visit before Halloween! DELISH Some of the tastiest, decadent ice cream in Jersey. The cream base is absolutely on point. Velvety smooth creaminess and mouthfeel. The melt factor is just right - holds up for a while if you hold the cup on the edge ( and don’t transmit all the heat from your palm to the bowl).
We were there late evening on a weekend and the guy serving us said he had been busy all evening. Very helpful guiding us thru the flavors and tasting.
The chocolate tastes of an intense cocoa. Like a deep 70% dark chocolate hunting towards a milk chocolate. The butter pecan had ground pecans - different than all other chunky ones I’ve eaten so far. And you can taste the undertones of a mellow brown butter.
Rum and raisin was not over powering nor too sweet.
We also had the banana - I’m always skeptical of these fruit puree ones but the banana puree seemed folded in the cream base and the ice crystals from the frozen fruit were very fine and pleasant. Didn’t give that refrozen mouth feel. But the banana does not have that overly creamy texture like the others. Has a tropical fruity edge to it.

Overall, very very very good.

It's good ice cream. it didn't taste too sweet or sugary as well like some other ice cream places that serve name brand products. left a good taste in my mouth afterwards as well.

Always delicious. I love the birthday cake. But they also had pumpkin ice cream in the spring and tropical flavors. Their hot fudge and wet walnuts are to die for. Fajji's is just off the highway so be sure to stop even if you are passing through the area.
