WORST HOSPITAL EVER, WENT THERE TO GET SOMETHING REMOVED FROM MY EAR, THEY TELL ME NOTHING IS IN IT, WENT TO MY REGULAR DOCTOR, AND HE REMOVED THE PIECE THE DOCTOR IN THIS P.O.S. FACILITY SAID WASN'T THERE, MADE A COMPLAINT AND JUST RECIEVED A CALL STATING THE DOCTOR DID HIS JOB CORRECTLY..... OMFG THEY ARE SO HIT!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND OTHERS DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.

This is honestly one of the worst hospitals to go to in NJ. The only people who show genuine concern for anyone are the security and watchers. The nurses, as kind as they were, are clearly overworked and burnt out. I'd ask for updates about when I would be seen by the psychiatrist, was told they'd find out and never see that nurse again. Never saw the psychiatrist but was gaslighted by the social worker that if I didn't sign a voluntary inpatient treatment that I'd be involuntarily admitted for 2-3 weeks. While in the ER, I started getting aches and chills and was told I had a 101 fever but when my tests came back negative for flu or COVID they told me to "just relax my nerves were making me anxious and sick". I am still currently sick btw so no it wasn't anxiety. The amount of gaslighting that is done just to minimize the work they have to do is unbelievable. Do not go here. You will regret it.

Sitting in the ER for over 2 and a half hours in a lot of pain. And have yet to see a Nurse or Doctor. This is the worst hospital. They clearly don't care about their Patients. Not even in a bed was thrown into a Chair. You think once they wheel someone back in a wheelchair they would check on them. But nope!!!!

They drugged me hushed me up with the Isiah situation and tricked me into the mental health hospital

I accompanied a family member for a colonoscopy, and was impressed with the staff. Everyone was extremely caring and pleasant. Hospital was clean too.

While the ICU nurses were amazing, that's where the appropriate level of care stops and the neglect begins. The CCU nurses cannot be bothered to care for their patients. I am a reasonable person who understands that nurses are short staffed and over worked. However, if you don't want to be there, don't. My father developed stage 2 bedsores in less than 3 weeks. Every time I saw him, he was in the same uncomfortable position, juxtaposed. His oxygen was never in his nose. He sat in his own feces for hours, was bruised by aggressive feeding, lips bleeding to the point where they were gushing (simple chapstick could have helped.) I could go on. My recommendation to you is if you have a loved one who is here, make sure you or someone you trust is there 24/7. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Front desk, depending on the person I guess, had a nasty attitude last time I went for a COVID vaccination. But other than that, DO NOT use their Wi-Fi or have personal documents. They’re too cheap to have protection on their WI-FI and your personal info will be compromised.

The emergency room is the worst. I have been waiting for almost 9 hours with my son with a fever and they still haven't attended to him because according to them there are no beds.

On December 31st, my sister experienced a high-risk labor due to preeclampsia. Unfortunately, our experience with Candeese, the head nurse on the gold wing, was extremely unpleasant. Her conduct was not only inappropriate but also detrimental to my sister's well-being.Candeese engaged in an argument, adding unnecessary stress to my sister's delicate condition. The situation escalated when she enforced a wristband policy that had not been communicated to us. Instead of resolving the matter sensibly, Candeese called security, exacerbating the tension. Amidst this chaos, she insisted the baby daddy could not see the baby and would be escorted out by security after visitor hours. After all the tension she had no choice but to comply. If it was possible why go through all the dilemma? This unprofessional behavior heightened my sister's blood pressure, resulting in an extended hospital stay. Despite filing a complaint, the hospital's response was insufficient, offering only a blanket and plush toy with no apology from Candeese. The lack of transparency regarding the resolution further adds to our dissatisfaction. It is evident that Candeese's attitude and lack of professionalism are unsuitable for a healthcare setting. My sister's health is invaluable, and a mere blanket does not compensate for the ordeal she endured. I strongly caution those reading this to explore alternative hospital options for their loved ones. The need for respectful and compassionate healthcare providers cannot be overstated.

Was seen in ER after a fall down a flight of stairs with severe leg pain and instability and low back, pelvic pain. I was given dilaudid and never physically examined. Imaging ordered and given muscle relaxers and told to see an orthopedic and discharged. Could barely walk and heavily medicated and sent out without assistance (wheelchair etc) and no idea where exit was. Had no ride home and struggled to order myself an Uber (which I was hesitant to do since I was not mentally alert and getting in a vehicle with a stranger). When ride arrived, the pain was so severe I couldn’t get into the vehicle. Crying and out in the wind and cold I slowly made my way back into ER waiting room and struggled for an hour to manipulate my phone to contact someone (I was seriously loopy!) while dealing with pain of a 10 on pain scale. The fact that they let a woman “walk” out while heavily medicated and unstable to get into a strangers vehicle with NO assistance from any staff is a recipe for disaster. Follow-up with hospital staff cleared their staff of any wrongdoing. STAY AWAY! The patient transport and radiology staff were excellent and compassionate

I got admitted around 2:30 today and I'm still here, going on 6 hours and I haven't see a doctor yet, try other hospitals don't waste your time here.

Yes, please remember me. I am the one with a yellow hat and a white coat pleading and pleading and moaning in pain from 8pm to 2am waiting to be treated. You took my temperature and I had a fever 103 and no one bothered with me. Security so numb. No compassion. As a registered nurse, I was appalled by the way you treated your ER patients, seeing someone in distress, meant nothing to you. Please try to follow the 5 C in the future.

The worst hospital. More backward, corrupt and trashy than being in Puerto Rico. Social worker Wendaliz is a shameful butch. She made up a lie to involuntarily admit my daughter. Lied that I wouldn't cooperate. And worked directly with DCP&P. To take emergency custody. In less than a hour. When I started recording what was going on. Security tried to take my phone causing a incident on 12/19/23. The hospital is kept filthy and my daughter and the staff that day got covid. Because they refuse to wear mask and their are no safety standards.
