I entered this restaurant excited to try something new. I looked at the menu and it doesn’t explain much of what is there to have. I asked the ladies behind the counter to please explain what the rice was and she replied “it’s Dominican food” I know it’s Dominican food because it’s a Dominican restaurant but what is in it? They seemed bothered and like they don’t want to help.

We had a disappointing experience during our recent visit. It took a considerable amount of time for our order to be taken, and once it finally was, we were informed that the kitchen could no longer accommodate our request due to an overwhelming number of existing orders. This was frustrating and left us feeling that customer service was not a priority.
