It’s was my wedding day and planned my cake for pickup at 3pm and then called a week before the wedding to change pickup for 12pm. They never made the change or anything and the cake couldn’t be get picked up until 430pm. No discount or accommodations for their delay. Someone had to miss my ceremony to go pickup the cake. No call from the owner or manager for apology on the delay.

Cakes are good. It's a great local value. If you drive a bit further you can definitely find better options, but for the convenience of being local, these cakes are good. Service is mediocre. Don't expect a helpful or pleasant interaction with staff. It is more of a tell-me-quick-what-you-want-and-get-going, type of place. That's ok too. They get the job done!

Such a lovely bakery. The croissant was delicious and the staff was professional and provided good customer service. I felt comfortable enough to sit in their small coffee bar to have my breakfeast. Looking forward to coming back.

This place deserves two stars only because the taste of the baked goods aren’t bad at all and I feel bad giving this star because I can tell the owner put a lot of work into this bakery. All the cakes and cupcakes were beautiful and the prices are reasonable! The decoration of this place is bizarre and actually feels homey the problem is the 3 girls who work in the front. When you walk in they don’t even grant you a hello, they stare are you and wait till you say what you want. I was very indecisive because I didn’t know what to get my daughter for Easter and there was so much to choose from! The girl who attended me had the nastiest attitude. I asked her which one she would recommend and she said whichever. And once I paid she didn’t ask to give me a receipt didn’t say thank you goodbye she just left to the back. She totally ruined my experience. But I thought maybe it was just her having a bad day who knows, later that day I came back to get more cupcakes since they tasted very good! And I had the same experience but with a different lady. As I see by other reviews I am not the only one who went through this and I hope the owner has a conversation with the ladies because she can lose many customers due to front service,
