They are very rude. I have been calling trying to place an order, and the lady just keeps sending me to voicemail. When we did talk on the phone she was pretending not to hear me because I’m speaking English, but if she would’ve waited, she would’ve known I also speak Spanish. But instead she just hung up on me. Very RUDE!

Really like this place specially now they doing their cakes moist again 😊 the 1 thing I would like for them to do is a trial cake, a tray that brings a slice of each dominican cake instead of having to buy them individually.
I had to wait 20 just for a Coffee 😡😡😡

Fantastic cakes, baked goods, and coffee! My favorite is grabbing a ham and cheese croissant for breakfast!

I’ve tried reaching out before to place a custom order twice now, no response. I have my sister try and communicate since she has been able to shop with them in the past, and now she also got ignored. I decided to just go in person because a cake of theirs was requested. I get there and the lady working the counter couldn’t be bothered. No eye contact when I spoke to her. I asked if they could make what I was requesting, she says it’s not possible for that day. Fair, so I ask if they can have it for another day. She says sometimes they make it on the weekends, so i ask if i can just place an order for it. She says no. So clearly she had no interest in new clientele. I would never attempt to shop here and would steer anybody that ever mentions them away from giving their business.

Rude staff and no proper customer service skills. Came in to get a slice of some cake and they gave us the oldest slice they had instead of the new cake that was already sliced. No remorse or care for the customer. Won’t be shopping here again.

If you want the worst cake of your life then go to this shop. Not only do the cakes taste gross but they’re extremely overpriced. In shop, the fruits on the cake are clearly old and when I asked if they could atleast replace the fruits to newer ones, the lady rudely said no. Ended up getting another cake that looked more fresh then the others and even then tasted nasty.

It’s was my wedding day and planned my cake for pickup at 3pm and then called a week before the wedding to change pickup for 12pm. They never made the change or anything and the cake couldn’t be get picked up until 430pm. No discount or accommodations for their delay. Someone had to miss my ceremony to go pickup the cake. No call from the owner or manager for apology on the delay.

Cakes are good. It's a great local value. If you drive a bit further you can definitely find better options, but for the convenience of being local, these cakes are good. Service is mediocre. Don't expect a helpful or pleasant interaction with staff. It is more of a tell-me-quick-what-you-want-and-get-going, type of place. That's ok too. They get the job done!
