Every time I called to order my food , they said 20 or 25 minutes then when I get to the store it took 1 hour and so to get my food ready , but the food is great . No digan 25 minutos si van a durar 1 hora siempre cuando uno ordena.

They take to long

sometimes you come and the food is ready but the other times they tell you 20 mins for the most basic food and you're waiting an hour OR MORE, very ridiculous. Over all the food is average, some things are good some are mid.

Ordered for delivery it took 2 hrs to get my food! Called twice and giving an unacceptable excuses of they were busy but that in 6 min i was getting my food that took 2 hrs!

joke of a restaurant, some girl with hairy arms and glasses got a attitude and they take 2 hours to fulfill a order i would be careful about her arm hair around my food and there joke of a “chef” gives mouth through the phone.

Hay todo es horrible desde la espera te dicen 30 mnts y tardan 2 horas o más el servicio malo me mandaron comida milanesas crudas pollo crudo de un molcajete y llamé para decir y lo único que me dijeron que regresara la comida y me daban el dinero la vote a la basura creo el dinero lo necesitan más ellos e visto que gente les a gritado hay por mal servicio agarran órdenes y no son capaces de cumplir que horror súper enojada esperé más de dos horas para que me dijeran que había subido todo sin previo aviso y no llevaba más cash pedi 3 cosas y le dije sáquenme una y la sacaron me cobraron 46 dólares horrible horrible no me da dolor pagar para comer pero por lo menos que hagan bien las cosas la milanesa literal la sacaron escurriendo de grasa la aventaron al aceite y la sacaron y cruda la tipa que que me atendió horrible 😤 para saber la pedí a las 8 y me la entregaron más de las 10 de la noche y al final salió cruda yo la llevaba de regreso pero mi marido me detuvo no la lleves vótala y en la vida pidamos más de hay

coworkers & i ordered delivery for lunch last friday - owner was very kind & food was delicious! we tried the cheese flautas, chicken burritos, and al pastor tacos. loved that every meal came with sides of limes and salsas without having to request it. will definitely be ordering from here again!! (please add the cheese flautas to doordash so i can order at home!)

La carne asada is decent, however I would not go there, if I have try then it’s because they always get the at work 🫠 I guess the prices are good but not worth it on my opinion.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Food is dry, not that good, customer service is not good either. the tortillas are SO dry. It took me an hour to get my food, while other people who arrived after me got their food first. I'd rather go to Papa Johns next door than come back here.

The food is more or less but the horrible service makes you wait an hour and a half for your food, when you pick up your food something is missing and when you call and complain they only tell you to go get them they don't have the dignity they offer you to take it for their mistake

i came in 11/4 right before 6pm. there was 3 other tables. i came with two friends to snack on some yummy food but the service i received was horrendous. we ordered our food and i asked for a jugo fresca. i waited 10 minutes before waving the woman down to ask about the drink. she told me to hold on and that she’ll get to it when she can. it took another 7 minutes for her to get my drink. at that point i already picked out a different drink from the fridge. the people that came in 15 minutes after us got their food way before us. i’m not understanding why????? this place was better years ago. not sure if it’s under different management???

I was there last week and the treatment from the employees was terrible, I ordered my food and I took a soda to wait and I requested ice for 3 times, they didn’t respond me, and nothing like nobody is talking with them, so I told them I gonna put the soda back bc they didn’t give me the ice and they said “ok”. wtf is that 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I left the food and left the place. Then I went to Hollywood restaurant and the treatment was 10/10 the food 10/10 thank you!!

Went to pick up an order for someone on grubhub and got treated like a second class citizen. Served everyone but me disgusting service wouldn’t even eat here as a customer
