I just ordered hot food but it was drive through I didn’t check on the way I noticed food was cold and two items were missing I went back and told them she called her manager who was so rude and unprofessional refused to make the food again and told me food is hot which is so frustrating very disappointing

So disappointing how we were treated but the worst part was how our was food was LITERALLY thrown together and in the bag. I wouldn’t even feed it to an animal how disgusting the food looked. Just because I told them give me a min to look over the menu and then I asked if they had a certain family box was told no then I looked it up on uber eats and there it was. We threw the entire bag food in the trash that’s how bad it was. Really wanted to go back but things would have gotten really bad if I did. Taco Bell Perth Amboy get your Shhhhh together.

Magically there system is down at 1:30am when there about to close not the first time it happen to me if your open till 2am you should be taking orders till then will not complain about food cause when there open it’s good but if your hungry just cause it says 2am doesn’t mean it’s 2 am get here before 1am you might be able to eat

This location is probably the worst place I’ve ever eaten at. There’s always something wrong with the food. Asked for no rice once and they gave me a burrito with nothing but rice. Ordered a chalupa and they gave me the wrong shell. Not to mention every time I take my food out of the wrapper I feel bad for it because it looks like it got its ass beat because of how much they smash it. (Why do they have to smash it? I don’t know) Finally, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a nacho cheese cup that isn’t practically empty. This location is the closest Taco Bell to me, so that kinda super sucks.

Yesterday between 10 pm and 10:10 pm on October 18th,2024 I got my order. They said they want to close because it is closing time so that no one comes in. I needed to schedule my Lyft ride so this girl was being like that. And then she just was putting finger on her headset like for me to be in fear like she is going to call the manager and make a big deal. And then another girl came and I said I will out in a minute and left after a minute. I was not very relaxed and comfortable leaving and I mentioned the time so that the management or corporate can look in the cameras as to the two girls that were there at the restaurant making me feel uncomfortable and not relaxed while leaving. The girls were unprofessional and rude and unpleasant and not friendly. I am writing this so that I can have peace of mind regarding what happened and move on.
