Just ordered thru the DoorDash. Receipt is on my name inside the bag all products are wrong. I’m trying to call them but its keep saying user buzy this is bad service ever provided . We are vegetarian and there is all order is for chicken .

Do not order delivery from the app if you want your food to be messed up. I was missing items and the simplest items were messed up (cheesy potatoes, spicy potato soft taco, 5 layer burrito)

They only received one star because I couldn’t give them zero! Myself as well as other customers waited for over 20 minutes just for someone to come to the counter! Myself and another woman asked for assistance numerous time but they seemed to only speak to those speaking Spanish. When I raised my voice, what do you know??? Now they suddenly speak English and was able to assist. Word to the wise….travel to another location. It’s worth the drive than to deal with the ignorance here.

The Taco bell in Haslett is the Best one in the area by far. Food and service is superior. To the others.
we ordered one bean burrito and they changed it to beef, so the person who ordered it (vegetarian) couldn’t even eat it. we also order a chicken quesadilla which did not even come. additional to the quesadilla we were not given a taco that we ordered and was on the receipt. when we called to tell them about it they brushed it off and were extremely uncooperative. they said they wouldn’t do anything and it was our issue to deal with. and we spent $90 and we lost nearly $15 they refused to compensate for it fully.Not to mention when we opened our nachos there was hair in itwe are not AT ALL. satisfied with the food and service. they were extremely uncooperative.
