Tai Heng Restaurant

I had a very disappointing experience with this Chinese restaurant. I placed an order and was told it would arrive in 15 minutes, but it took over an hour to get to me. On top of that, the food arrived cold. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the manager offered to compensate me with just a can of soda—which felt like a slap in the face considering the poor service and cold food. I expected better and am honestly very upset. Definitely not ordering from here again.

58 minutes to make a delivery. In the beginning they told me 25 minutes ready… Horrible service to delivery

First let me say I have ordered from here just because it was convenient. There is not alot of places that deliver around hopelawn that are inexpensive.
The food is at best subpar. They are a hit or miss on most days. I have finally reached my limit with them. They raised the food price ok. But now they want a minimum for delivery $25 and they want to charge an additional $5 delivery fee. Not to mention they want to charge 10 cents per duck sauce. Yeah NO. They lost a customer. Oh!!! And the service over the phone HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

I always order from Tai Heng. Fast delivery and great service!! Im able to pay with my credit card over the phone which is a plus since I never have cash. Food is yummy and delivery is pretty fast

Very quick food arrived steaming hot I love that some if the food is great however the rice is bland it dont taste like Chinese rice it's bright yellow and flavorless

Very disappointed. I ordered house special fried rice and it smells like old, stinky and it’s hard. They just lost a customer. Used to order here before and it was so good. I’m so sorry they’re serving smelly food like if it wasn’t cleanse or old. Don’t waste your money.

Worst customer service ever. Didn’t give a 0 because there was no option. Called at 9PM to place an order and the rep repeated the order back to me, however one of the orders did not come in. When I called and spoke to the manager she offered to send the order, waited two hours and never received the order. Called again at 11pm just for the rep to be incredibly rude and say its been sent out but they have no idea when it was coming. Never received the order.
