Favorite Chinese food in Perth Amboy if you know what to order. Taking the time to leave this review because it was the first time there was ever miscommunication while ordering and they were kind enough to fix it. Chicken has been hit or miss lately and used to be one of my favorites but* all of the other dishes are just as good as always!

First time ordering from diamond. Wanted chinese and most places are closed in Sundays. Dumplings were very tasty and not overly doughy like some other places, they had a nice wrapper and meat was flavorful, also liked the dipping sauce most other places it is overly sweet. Fried Waltons were nice and crispy as if they just changed the oil, not greasey at all. Boneless ribs were tender only complaint was they could have used a little more sauce. Szechuan chicken was nice snd...

I've always loved eating at Diamond. Its a takeout spot. I've had them sporadically over the past 10 years and its just as good as it always was if not better. I favor fried rice ? ?
