This was a strange experience. The food was off, my yogurt parfait had oreo cookie crumbles that tasted stale and the yogurt tasted like it wasn't fresh, and our chicken was over-fried as the breading was much darker than usual. They forgot our sauce, which was no big deal, but when I went up to the counter to get them, it seemed like the employees were going out of their way to not check that I needed anything.

This a way popular location, I don't know what's the attraction its only Chicken !, yet day after they people flock here. I must admit its clean and well taken care of. The servers a very nice and punctual. The French Fries at the best , however, when I eat the spicy chicken I get a burning sensation in my stomach later at night when I am sleeping, I'm not certain what it is , most likely its the nuclear spices .

Floors were dirty, food and napkins on floor. Ladies bathroom had no toilet paper. Used towels on counter and on floor. This was the first time I have seen this since going here for many years.
Disappointing.
