“I’m not sure if this store just don’t care about there customers, I love that there hire young kids but I wish they would teach them customer service…. And omg with charging for ice 1.25 for what.. I have 7 different Dunkin cup which one you need so I can save a 1.25. Also don’t tell a customer you just brew coffee and gave them a cold cup…. No donuts on free donuts day how funny…“

“We went on a hunt for Korean Corn Dogs after seeing lots of Tiktoks about them. We found this place and were so excited. We got the Korean corn dogs, egg rolls, a dumpling, boba tea, and some mochi donuts ! Everything was delicious ! Plus the owners are super nice ! They talked with us when we were there. it was a great experience. We will definitely be going back !!“

Everyone from the staff to the management are so incredibly accommodating. I love the atmosphere and how clean they are. From the second you walk in you are greeted and taken care of with the most absolute attention. The donuts and cinnamon rolls are fresh and fluffy, we truly love this place. “I had a great experience for my first time being at a duck donuts,
Dayna was very nice, helpful, polite, and just had overall an amazingly positive personality about her,
So many people these days are cranky and obnoxious, and they don’t like their jobs ,
I’m very grateful that Dayna was as nice and polite as she was to help me out with my first time being at a duck donuts.
I almost always try to tip in cash because otherwise whomever the tip is going to is paying taxes on the tip by card. unfortunately, I didn’t have cash on me today so I had to use the card to tip. $18 tip was well worth it.
