“So I frequently visit this Dunkin’ Donuts location off Route 22 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, usually after an appointment. While I appreciate the convenience of this spot, I’ve noticed a few areas that could use improvement.
Despite my orders being small—I’m usually alone—I often find myself waiting longer than expected for my food. On some occasions, I’ve had to go inside to have my order corrected. When I do, the staff, though friendly and nice, are often caught up in conversations among themselves. Unfortunately, these conversations sometimes stray into topics that probably shouldn’t be discussed in front of customers or at least not while customers are waiting to be helped.
This location is understandably busy due to its placement on a major route, but I think there’s an opportunity to uphold better standards. While the staff’s friendliness is appreciated, a bit more focus on professionalism and customer service would go a long way in improving the overall experience.“
“I’m not sure if this store just don’t care about there customers, I love that there hire young kids but I wish they would teach them customer service…. And omg with charging for ice 1.25 for what.. I have 7 different Dunkin cup which one you need so I can save a 1.25. Also don’t tell a customer you just brew coffee and gave them a cold cup…. No donuts on free donuts day how funny…“
“The food is fresh the services friendly and the atmosphere is quiet. The floor and tables are clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are ground level but are not automatic. I'm not sure if there is a ramp to access the door.“
