“Went hear for a break time snack while working. I’ve been here before but not for a while. They used to have a Baskin Robins ice cream shop within it but it’s gone now. The place was remodeled and looks great. Great layout with plenty of seating. The service was pleasant and quick. We purchased a holiday latte and some donuts and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The bagel could have been more toasted but I’ve noticed with other Dunkin Donuts franchises, the bagels are never toasted enough. I guess you have to ask for it more toasted. The latte was prepared well, the donuts good as usual. “It depends what DD you go to. The one on S. 4th. Street...no booths to sit. Just a couple of stools or you can lean on the counter. Not comfortable to stay and enjoy. I didn't get anything, I didn't stay. The DD on Airport Rd. has booths and tables. More comfortable for paying customers, and service is more friendly.“
“A DIFFERENT DUNKIN made 2 sandwiches wrong and made my iced coffee with tea. I was on my way to airport road. Went into THIS Dunkin on airport road and they KNEW it wasn't their cup but fixed it for me anyway. (I didn't try to trick them I just said another Dunkin made this with tea. They said yeahhh that's not our cup)That man fixed my whole day and attitude. Thank you thank you thank you! I TRULY appreciate your kindness, you did not have to do that. You could have turned me away, this wasn't your problem at all. Thank you again. You made my day“
“A regular Sunday stop for my family and friends. Best one around. Staff is super friendly and professional. Never make you feel like you're rushed and makes sure to get your order right. Donuts always in stock and the most decorative. There is a DnD nearer to our home but we go out of our way for this one for the MUCH better service and quality of food. Thanks guys so much!“

“Very busy but efficient. Lacks a bit of customer friendliness/awareness but understandable since they are banging out orders rapid crazy like Flo in Diner Dash on level 50!! The kiosk ordering is a great idea just wasn't obvious that was the set up at first since this was my first visit to the location. But I will def visit again!“
“This is my absolute FAVORITE dunkin and I specifically go out of the way to come here and so do my friends. Our drinks are always perfect, the men that work there are so friendly and have even given my friends and I free donuts and munchkins since we come so much. I always leave the drive thru with a big smile on my face. I love it so much there. I always get a medium caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar :)“
“For Dunkin’ standards, the service was very fast and efficient. The quality of the coffee and donuts, about the same as every other Dunkin’. The restaurant is very clean, but expect to only take out, as there are no seating areas, only a ledge for a quick drink or to lean against while waiting. Regardless, I’m glad it’s here, as Downtown was lacking coffee shops.“

“I'm visiting a friend who told me Dunkin' donuts closes at 10:00 in Allentown, PA. I refused to believe it and found this location on Google open 24 hours. Awesome! I was able to get the gift card that I wanted to get for my friend. Check out with smooth and easy albeit was done through drive-thru. The associate was attentive and polite.“
“Heard that dunkin donuts was selling breakfast empandadas and I wanted to try it. The employees were nice and very helpful. I also got a vanilla bean coolata. The empandadas aren't too bad, I feel like they should put more ingredients inside. Other than that I would rate the breakfast empandadas a 6 out of 10.“
“Very friendly and helpful. I'm not a great drive thru customer meaning I like to look at the WHOLE menu and take my time while stuttering to decide. Totally was cool with me and there was a total of at least 3 vehicles in line, myself in the middle.“
“This Dunkin' is located inside LVIA and is a great place to grab a quick snack and beverage before a flight. The staff are always friendly and the line moves at a quick pace. Standard Dunkin' offerings priced slightly higher due to the location.“
